Description of Work: My home owners association selected this company and paid for my reroof so I have no idea of the cost for my townhouse. The company first assessed the damage and took pictures which they also forwarded to me for my records, picked up on some additional areas of concern, were very quick and efficient and the clean up was excellent. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Replace roof, gutters & installed gutter guards. I thought I submitted a review in 2015.

Description of Work: They came to Roxboro, gave a good examination and estimate of cost. Used shingles we wanted. Came when they promised. Did very good work, fast and accurate. Found rotten places on roof not expected and repaired quickly and correctly. We were very satisfied and plan to use them for another house we own in Chapel Hill. There was only one of the crew who did not go out of his way to do excellent work. We discussed this with owners of company to our satisfaction. Clean up was quick and complete. |This was a total strip and reroof as well as repair of insurance covered storm damage. We have been well-satisfied with both the work and the company.

Description of Work: After a hail storm in July Sure Top Roofing replaced my entire roof and the siding on one side of my home. They worked with me to match the existing colors and increase my curb appeal. I had issues with my insurance company completing the inspections and payment for the work that needed to be done. Sure Top Roofing helped with that process.
