Hands down top notch..... needed a roof put on my new barn....The owner came and priced the job..gave me some suggestions...I still needed to strip the roof with 2x4s...he talked me into letting his guys do it...glad he did.... material was cheaper than i could buy it and it took the 1/10 of the time to do it....best interaction ive ever had with a roofing company

The whole process went very well from the beginning to end. Everyone who was involved in this job were knowledgeable and professional. They did excellent work. We also had a few questions after the job was done. They responded quickly and came out to see what our concern was. We are really impressed with their follow through! I would highly recommend them!!!

Roofers did an excellent job! They quickly completed the job and cleaned any debris.

They did a great job. Ben came out within a day after contacting him and did a thorough roof inspection and laid out for me what I would need to have done. He did a much more comprehensive look than did others I talked to. He told me just what to expect and laid out my options in a "no pressure" approach. On the day of the replacement, the guys showed up on time and got everything done. Ben came back out, we talked about some minor cosmetic things, and he had a crew out the next day to wrap everything up. I don't expect to ever need another roofer, but if I did, I would go to SureTop. Great service!

They were very good. Before he even gave me a quote he gave me a full detailed report of what he had found on my roof and that was really good. The pricing was excellent. The presentation of the job was very thorough. I appreciate that I wasn't pushed to do something I wasn't comfortable with. He was very very professional, completely. I am selling my house and buying a new one and they first thing I am doing is having him come and look at the roof.

Ben was great to work with and Tony was very conscientious that the job was done right with follow-up cleanup the next day.

One of our properties, their guys, we didn't have power so they tapped into a neighbor's and the neighbor got extremely upset. I called the manager of Suretop and they ended up totally taking care of it and paying off the neighbor so that everything was fine and made sure their guys didn't do that ever, ever again.

Great. No more leaks and it looks great. We will hire them again for any future leaks.

Customer services and neighbor relations does not appear to be a high priority.

Ben and his crew were amazing to work with. They came out got started early that morning as promised and finished the roof that evening. Ben came back and checked on the roof to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend SureTop and Ben to everyone. The only area of improvement was they could have done a much better job picking up the nails after completion. They finished pretty late on a holiday weekend so I think the crew was ready to go home. I don't blame them really it was super hot and late. Ben also has friends that he can recommend for carpentry and painting. It was a great experience and our roof and gutters look great.

Suretop was great! They did outstanding quality work. Our roof would've been replaced in a day without the rain (although they worked through the rain for about an hour). The gutters were put on within a day as well. Ben came by to check everything out once the job was done. He noticed a minor problem with the gutters and workers returned later that day to fix it. The price was very fair and the work done was outstanding. The clean up was impressive as well. I still haven't found a single nail left over from the job. I would highly recommend Suretop!

It was a wonderful experience. Very professional team, they came on time and did a wonderful job with the shingles. Tony was incredibly professional and knew what he was doing and was also very punctual and really helped with our insurance and getting everything squared away with the replacement of our roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Helped with Insurance Claim for Hail Damage. Provided the best quote for the roofing job with the quality materials and extras we wanted (we also had them do one bay window with copper). The whole process was very smooth, with a slight exception of timeliness (our job got delayed a few times, but it was not an issue for us and we let them know we were flexible). Roof looks great, crew was quick (our roof is pretty large so while they normally do houses in our neighborhood in a single day, ours spanned a bit into a 2nd day). Their copper subcontractor also did a great job. After the work I find an occasional nail, but nothing that I would be concerned about (they definitely did a magnet sweep and a visual sweep, but nothing gets 100% of the nails)

Ben Wright of SureTop Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. He was punctual, polite, professional and very prompt to answer any questions that we had. His roofing crew was polite and as far as I can tell, did an excellent job (I confess I have not walked the roof to examine the work, it's far too steep for me to climb up and down). We've had no leaks in spite of a good bit of rain, and our new roof makes our house look great. Ben did not pressure us to buy his services, but was very helpful, including walking the roof with our insurance inspector to answer any questions about our claim. He promptly filed our warranty paperwork and we received the roof warranty from GAF soon after paying off the work. I would highly recommend SureTop Roofing as a very professional roofing contractor and recommend them to my friends.

Ben and his team did a wonderful job. They worked very eficiently and professionally. All went over and beyond what I had expected.

I had 4 companies quote on the same material, the same square footage, the same guarantee. Suretop roofing was next to the lowest price quoted but was $1443 86 higher than the one I gave the job to. I do not want SureTop Roofing's ratings hurt because his price was higher, but his presentation was excellent.

The contractor did an excellent job from start top finish. From explaining the fine details to excellent communications throughout the project, I was kept informed of the progress, status, and answers to any questions I might have. The crew showed up when they said they would and I was very pleased with the overall results.

Suretop was very professional throughout the process. The process was very efficient and the workers did excellent work. The attention to details and cleanliness were amazing. We have several neighbors who will be using Suretop to replace their roof because of the great work they did.

We were very pleased with the results. We got three estimates for the work. SureTop's estimate was slightly higher than the lowest bidder, but we liked the personal touch Ben provided and the quality of his product. He took the time to explain our options, make recommendations on the product and followed up promptly on our questions. The installation itself was done when scheduled and was completed in less than a day. Before we signed the contract, Ben explained items that might increase the final cost - sheeting replacement and carpentry work to properly install the skylights. It turned out that neither was necessary, but t was go to know in advance of possible additional costs. SureTop's crew was very efficient and professional. SureTop uses a dedicated crew that works very well together. They were courteous, caused as little disruption as possible and thoroughly cleaned up the work site before they left. Best of all - the product comes with a 50 Year transferrable warranty.

Donnie was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of damage that were done to our roof by the hail and he took pictures of each type of damage and marked the locations where the damage occurred. Donnie sent the pictures to me by email so that I could provide them to the insurance company, if needed to file the claim. He provided estimates of the cost required to repair the damage that were almost exactly what the insurance adjuster estimated they would be, and offered sensible and honest options for quality shingle and underlayment replacement. There was a lot of damage to roofs in our neighborhood and although Donnie was extremely busy, he always responded to our inquiries and kept us informed by phone or email with respect to what was going on with timelines for the estimates and roof work with our understanding that timelines were approximate due to pending weather conditions that might impact his scheduling. Donnie's crew made sure that our new deck and exposed landscaping were covered to prevent any damage to them. We were extremely pleased with the overall workmanship of the roofing crew, their professionalism and dedication, and with the quality of the work done. The roof work was completed in a single day and the entire area was cleaned and all of the materials including nails were removed from the site. Donnie was also very good with follow-up. We discovered a slight buckle over the garage after the roof was replaced that was barely visible except in a certain light that his crew came back and fixed almost as soon as I informed him that it was there. Our roof looks great! I would highly recommend SureTop Roofing Company and especially Donnie Blanchard for any future roofing work.

Replaced entire roof after storm damage. Came out within one day of being contacted, did a thorough inspection including everything needed to satisfy the insurance adjustor. We had a check for the work from the insurance company within three days. Work commenced on the day scheduled at 0630 and was completed before supper. Did some minor repair work not included at no charge, even though Ben had included the possibillity in the estimate with a contingent price. Workers were professional and courteous. Cleanup was thorough. We have seen heavy rain since then and detected no leaks.

We had a twenty year old roof that was in need of replacement. We had estimates from a number of well-recommended roofing companies. Then we were directed to Ben Wright from the company that was going to repair and replace siding. Mr. Wright was prompt in coming to look at the roof. He said he thought the roof had sustained hail and wind damage in places from the hailstorms this summer, and he suggested we contact our homeowner's insurance company. He and the representative from the insurance company reviewed the damage on the roof and it was determined that a claim would be appropriate, and the insurance company left a check. Mr. Wright and his crew coordinated with the siding repair company so the siding work could be completed and the roofing work start the following day. They were at our home early in the morning and set to work. After removing the old shingles and tar paper, they found that no plywood needed to be replaced, even in areas Mr. Wright had concerns about. The crew worked until almost 8PM that evening, and came back early the next day to work for just a few more hours to complete the job. Mr. Wright came to our home during the late afternoon of the first day to see how the work was progressing and to help with the clean up. The roof looks great. A heavy rain two days later tested the work, and we found no areas of concern. No nails or other trash was left behind. Mr. Wright worked with us throughout the process so we understood just what needed to be done. I direct a department for a locality that includes building inspectors. I had a number of questions concerning licensing of Mr. Wright's company and the make-up of his crew. He answered all my concerns thoroughly, and the answers were just what I expected, and just what I would want for anyone who is making such an investment in their home. All in all, I recommend Sure Top Roofing to anyone who wanted a well-done job by a conscientious company at a fair price.

Ben was great to work with. Very good communication, and very good quality work. The guys did a little damage to the siding but they sent someone back promptly to repair the damage, and afterwards you couldn't tell anything had ever happened. We love our new roof and would highly recommend SureTop.
