They responded within an hour of my phone call with a new hot water heater. They took out the old water heater and installed a new one plus all of the needed plumbing. I couldn t have been happier. I highly recommend them!

Chad came within an hour or so from speaking with him, did the diagnostic testing on the water heater and had the problem fixed shortly thereafter. He was thorough, explained what he needed to do and why. Appreciated his kind manner and taking the time with us. Will definitely call him again for any future plumbing issues.

We could not possibly recommend Rooter and Sons more highly. A broken sewer pipe left us with no functioning plumbing, and Chad responded immediately, unstopped our toilets for temporary relief, and returned promptly to dig up and replace the defective pipe. Chad was personable, professional, and polite. The price was very reasonable. We are so happy to have found Rooter and Sons, and will definitely use them if needed in the future, and eagerly recommend them to others.
