Prompt, responsive, excellent work. We needed to replace a failing Apollo water heater (manufacturer out of business) that provided hot water for both domestic use and forced air heating. Chad (the owner, who came to the job site and checked the completed work), and his plumbers, Eric and John, went well beyond the minimum, finding the best compatible replacement, installing it within 24 hours and identifying and replumbing, as part of the job, work on the piping and valves leading to and from the unit that had been poorly done by prior plumbers. The Rooter guys were easy to contact and to work with. I certainly would hire them again -- and I subsequently have, with the same excellent results and high satisfaction. (When trying to decide who to hire for the job, I was put off, at first, by the company name, which does not covey the scope of their experience and capabilities. They're really nice skilled, full service plumbers; thus the string of 5 star reviews they get from their customers.)

It s an expensive repair that everyone would prefer to avoid and the prices from the different plumbing companies that I called varied widely. I ve called Rooter and Sons for two other repairs at different properties that we own since this first service and was equally pleased and will continue to use their services as needed in the future. Replaced the main water supply line from the meter to the house after a blockage or break occurred. Chad sent a tech immediately to investigate and he gave a quote on the spot. Chad then agreed to come over with a couple of helpers to run a temporary line above ground to get water supplied to the house again, that same evening! Went above and beyond expectation on this, and I gave him the job on the spot without getting other quotes. Other plumbers weren't going to come out and give an estimate until the next day. Chad and his workmen were extremely courteous, friendly, and respectful. I will highly recommend Chad and Rooter & Sons to any and all our friends and neighbors.
