Chad did an excellent job. Found and fixed all my issues. Water pressure is best it has ever been, no sediment, and didn't have to replace the water heater. Chad also installed the gas for a new range top a few years ago. He has been very responsive, reliable, is easy to talk with, explains the situation, and squared them away. He is fair and reasonable. Not just a great plumber... he is a good person. My plumber, gas man, and I hope yours if you are looking for a reference.

My water heater was down over the holiday weekend and most of the chain plumbing service was either closed or wanted a huge call fee. I've used HomeAdvisor before to hire contractors for small home projects. This is where I discovered Rooter & Sons. Upon their arrival, they assessed and listened to what my description of the problem was. Immediately following I was presented with a proposal to install a new water heater that beat all of the other competitors and was able to acquire the product I requested (Rheem). They went to work immediately after I accepted the bid. The installation exceeded my expectation and the customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues. The attention to detail and the company’s dedication to providing superior customer service was fantastic. They also took the time out to address a couple of additional issues with my plumbing as well. Mind you, this all took place on New Year's Eve. I hate the fact that I took away valuable time that they could be spending with family and friends but was grateful they took the time out to restore my house with hot water (after being without for three days). Fantastic service from Rooter & Sons. Needed the hot water heater replaced asap and they responded right away with a wonderful quote ($1,297!!). The guys were on-time and even worked around my meeting schedule for the day. After they finished they explained everything in detail and left the place spotless. I refer Rooter & Sons to everyone!!

Our well stopped working. ROOTER AND SONS, Contacted us quickly after using Home Advisor. They came out to the house exactly when they said they would. They talked us through all the issues with our well, explained in great detail what needed to be done to resolve our issues, worked quickly to fix the issue and did not leave until they knew the quality of work met our expectations. Chad was straightforward, friendly, informative and very reasonable and dependable. When the job was finished, I felt very comfortable and assured that we got top-notch professional serves. I cannot recommend Rooted and Sons enough. I'll call them again.

Great customer service. The expansion tank on our water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced asap. They showed up first thing in the morning and got the repair done very quickly. While he was there, I asked if he could install a bathroom faucet that we had purchased for the pedestal sink in our half bath and he was able to do that as well. Love this company and will hire them in the future.
