Description of Work: They did carpet cleaning in the whole house. This was five rooms. They were excellent. The quality of the cleaning was great, they got out stains that I thought could not come out. The guy that did the work was very professional and prompt.

Description of Work: Arrived on time, estimated job, cleaned 4 bedrooms and stairs. Carpet looked like new. Very pleasant and professional to deal with. I plan to hire them again in the future to clean carpets as I have a pet and have noticed some stains. Would most certainly recommend to anyone. I almost replaced carpets, but was glad I didn't when they were finished. Very happy!!!

Description of Work: Premium carpet did my whole house today. The carpet looks brand new. I had numerous pet vomit stains, many were bile that I had tried myself to remove. I am overjoyed at how great my carpet looks now! Will definitely use them again. Plan on having my area rugs done next.

Description of Work: Marc did a great job on 19 year old carpet! The day after he cleaned the carpets we noticed what appeared to be spots that he missed, we called Marc and he came right over to see if he could fix the areas in question. He said it looked like "wicking". Whatever it was, He took care of it! Great job!

Description of Work: Right before Christmas (when I was going to be hosting family) I woke up to discover my dog had had diarrhea in several places on 3 different light-colored rugs. I immediately called Premium Steam for help. Despite a fully booked day, they worked me in to deal with my "situation." As a result, I have no more stains! I have also called Premium Steam when a flood left my rugs soaked. They're great in emergencies, but also for regular cleaning. I keep their magnet on my fridge so I have their number hand because I wouldn't use anyone else. Prompt, professional service at a good price. What more can you ask of any service company?
