I have used this company for several years now and they do an amazing job!!! The stains are always removed and they are punctual, detailed and very thorough in their discussions of the project as well as their cleaning services. The prices are always reasonable and I really like the fact that they measure the area and price the job by the square foot so I know that their prices are fair across the board. They also provide discounts or specials when available and are great to discuss the costs and parameters of the project prior to starting and they are very good to provide suggestions as to how to keep costs down. I have used other area providers who advertised a certain price but always tacked on other services that doubled and tripled the advertised costs. This crew does what they say, for the advertised price, and the carpets turn out far better than any of the other services that we have tried in this area and other cities. This team is top notch and I will not use any other service to clean our carpets ever again!

Mark arrived exactly on time. He was cordial and respectful. Mark took measurements on site and was available to start work immediately. I called the day before and expressed an urgent need and he immediately fit me into his schedule for the following day. He was eager to provide quality service. Quality service is an understatement. Premium Steam did a phenomenal job on my carpet. I was ashamed at how dirty my carpet was but now I want to give tours. This is the third time I have used them. Marc was able to schedule my appointment quickly and at the time that I needed. They were punctual, very nice and professional. They did a great job cleaning the carpets and very reasonably priced. I will use them again!

Dennis did a fabulous job! I have used four other carpet cleaning services over the past 10 years and no one did as good a job as Premium Steam--and they were less expensive. The carpet has never looked as good--almost like new. Dennis was friendly, professional, careful, and took his time to do the job right. I could not be more pleased.

Called on May 30th. Scheduled for 1 pm Friday. Dennis showed up exactly on time, worked out the cost, and did the work in about two hours. Very professional job on old carpets. I am very satisfied.

This was one of the best service experiences that I've ever had. I called to schedule my appointment and Marc answered his phone. I had an appointment within a couple of days, and he was very apologetic for my "wait"! I was preparing a house to sell and the carpet in my upstairs was in bad shape and I was fully expecting to be told to just rip it out. (We were offering the buyers a credit to do so, but wanted it to look presentable for showings) Marc and his brother called to let me know they were running a few minutes early and wanted to know if they could come on over. They were very honest about what I could expect, set reasonable expectations, and gave me a fair quote. They were done amazingly fast, and the carpet looked 1000% better. I'll be honest, they weren't given much to work with and they could have easily thrown their hands up at the whole process. Instead they were done very quickly but obviously with tons of elbow grease. All in all just a great experience and I've been recommending them to everyone I can. They're my go-to guys for carpet cleaning now!

Our dog had come home from a stay in boarding with stomach problems, and the technician from Premium Steam did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet. The carpet looks great and no doggie stains or smells remain.

It went great. Although this was an advertised special for 400sq ft, I suspect he did a little more than that. The carpet looks great, he was on time, did a thorough job, and got out all the stains including several pretty old ones. Overall I couldn't be more pleased and will absolutely use this vendor again.

Forget ALL the rest! This is the ONLY carpet cleaner you should be using!! Old pet stains? GONE. Matted down, worn spots? SEE YA. I can not believe how amazing my carpet looks. These guys were awesome! They will be the only business I use from now on.

We had a service scheduled to do the carpets on a Monday and they never came, we had piled everything on the other furniture and in bathrooms to make the cleaning easier and the house was a mess. We were again stood up by them two days later, and I called this second company in the hopes that maybe they could fit us in. They (I talked to Marc) were so accommodating I was amazed. Marc's brother Dennis was able to come about 45 minutes after we called. He did a great job cleaning the rugs in every room and was able to remove some stains , and lightened a few that have been on the carpet in one room for years and have resisted all cleaning efforts. He put pads under the legs of furniture so they would stay dry and also let the carpet dry. The carpet looked good in every room. I felt he was very personable and very professional and it was clear he knew his job and really cared about the results. This is so important! I have already referred him to my sister who also needs carpets cleaned. I finally have found a company I will be able to call in the future. .

The carpet had not been cleaned for two years, and the stairs needed solvents in addition to the steam cleaning. There was no extra cost for the extra work on the stairs. I was quite pleased with the results. One thing that I like is that they charge by the square foot for areas actually cleaned, so if there is only a small area of a room that needs cleaned, the cost is minimal. (Stairs are $3 per step, before discount.) There was a 10% Angie's discount. Marc and Dennis are brothers, and each has a steam-cleaning truck, so one of them will come to your home. Dennis did our cleaning.

Carpets look great! Very satisfied with service

Arrived on time and had a good personality. Immediately started to work by moving furniture he needed to move before cleaning. After cleaning, he put pieces of plastic under the legs of furniture before he put them back on the carpet. The 2 throw rugs he cleaned in the living room, he put outside to dry. I had to leave before he finished but he called before he left to verify things he'd done. I will use this vendor again and well as recommend them!

The technician was able to get rid of some pet stains that have resisted at least 4 other attempts at cleaning.
