Dennis was awesome, he was really friendly and took great care with cleaning the carpets. I had two horrible ground-in stains from plants that overran from overwatering a number of times, and he spent extra time on them, and also put a powder on them that would help to draw out the rest that I could vacuum up a few days later. Even though it was getting towards the end of the day he was happy to add the steps and the hallway and bedroom in as well, which I was really grateful for. It only took about two hours for all of it, and for having light carpet that could easily have been replaced (being about 10-11 years old), after Dennis was done, it looked BRAND NEW. It smelled great, the pile fluffy, looking exactly like it did when I moved in years ago. I am really happy and would recommend to everyone.

Marc and his brother were very punctual and were great sports to work around and help move boxes out of the way so they could work. They were considerate in thinking through the best way to cut or not cut the carpet to stretch, They completed stretching the carpet before they cleaned the carpet. They had their hands full since the carpet is 19 years old. It took them approx 4 hours and the carpet looked great when they were finished. I really appreciated their professionalism, polite demeanor, and fair pricing. I would definitely use them again.

Premium Steam cleaned carpet in my full basement and the first floor. The carpet is very clean and looks new. I am very pleased with all aspects of the job.

Cleaned a large family room carpet. In and out in one hour: thorough, professional, excellent quality work. The only reason I gave them a "B" on price is because I paid $115 through Angie's, but the man told me I would have paid only $98 (based on the size of the room) if I had just called them directly!

They were great, they were fabulous. I’m gonna have them back to do more rooms. They were very professional. The carpets look great. They did a great job cleaning. They were on time and they were good with the estimate. They were nice people. I spent $100 more but I knew I was going to because of the amount of carpeting I have. They were able to accommodate my request for time schedule.

I think the cleaning went fine. The cottage house is built on a concrete slab and there was a pretty bad odor a couple of days after the cleaning.

Everything went well. Scheduling was easy and there was no problems. One cleaner came and it took about 3 hours to complete the work. The results look great and I am totally satisfied with the service.

I would never use anyone else to clean my carpets.

On time and did a great job. I had a couple of tough food-dye stains that could not come out but the carpet looked like new when they were done with it (other than those pesky dye-stains) and the whole house was fresher smelling as well.

The two men that came were excellent.

Our carpets were trashed.....lots of pet hair and ground in dirt. And, much to our amazement they had the carpets looking like new when they were done. I had had carpets cleaned before, but had not seen such good results. These guys are terrific. And I felt the price was reasonable.

I accidentally spilled some coffee on my stairs a few days ago. I got the majority of it up with a rag and then spot cleaned the rest with ChemDry spot remover. There was still a stain, however. So I called Premium Steam and was able to get the earliest appointment my schedule would allow, which was 4 days in the future. They showed up right on schedule and the price was right at what I was quoted on the phone. After showing the gentleman the stain on the stairs, he didn't seem very confident in being able to get the stain out. I should have ended the visit there. I inquired that as carpet cleaning service, didn't they have chemicals or products that could remove, or at least greatly lessen stains of all different varieties? Not for stains as a result of dyes I was informed, coffee being one of them. I told him to do the best he could and I kept my fingers crossed. The result? My stairs are still stained and I'm $95 lighter. Maybe my expectations were unrealistic, but I believe that he could have at least tried to use a different, special type of solvent for that kind of stain. I can't be the only one that has ever spilt coffee on their rug. He suggested I cut the carpet out and use a piece from a closet. Oh well. Live and learn.

I had a few spots, clean them well..... the floors looked like new....

It was a great experience. One guy came, moved everything that we wanted moved as he cleaned, place foam pieces on the feet of everything to keep them off the damp floors. They were punctual, professional, polite and gave a great price for the amount of area cleaned. Carpet hadn't been cleaned in several years, and it looks great!

Young man came in and did an excellent job, even through in the stairs since my town home is small. He did a wonderful job and was very pleasant and professional.
