Premium steam cleaned a hallway, family room and three bedrooms. All look almost new.

Great service, carpets cleaned as promised, stains were removed. Carpets were relatively dry when he finished, would recommend.

The initial installation of my carpets was poorly done. After several years, humps developed in several rooms. Premium Steam did a top notch job of stretching the carpet in the living room, dining room and master bedroom. The requisite furniture was moved as required and then put back where it belonged. Afterwards, all the carpets in the house, including the stairs, were cleaned. The whole place looks brand-new and the carpets are so nice and fluffy. Premium Steam did a superior job.

Very professional work. This is my second time purchasing the service from Premium Steam of Cary, and every thing went perfectly! the provider is very professional and came on time as usual. I don't think that I spare this company with any carpet cleaner.

I haven't had the work done yet. I was unable to get scheduled before I got busy. When I called them and they mentioned that even though the deal had expired, I could keep a credit on with them for future use.

Premium Steam was prompt, professional, friendly, and did a great job. The carpet looked and smelled clean and dried fairly quickly.

I am very satisfied (and am difficult to please!) and keep saying I should have done this sooner. The carpets look great and feel great. Had a few small stubborn stains in family room that are now gone. I didn't realize how dirty the carpets were. They also fix carpet if there are bumps from bad install / use. I didn't use because I didn't know ahead of time and I was crunched for time - wish I could have. Assume the price is competitive, I didn't have time to get other estimates and used an Angie's list coupon. I will definitely use again in the future. Thanks!

I purchased the deal on Angie's List. I contacted the provider and we made an appointment. They were very helpful in making sure that I did not overbuy on the deal in terms of square footage. Although I only needed two rooms done, they are larger than average room. They were going to let me go with a less expensive deal otherwise. The provider charged extra for the carpet stretching. The carpet in the dining room was badly rippled. The provider took great care in re-stretching it and cutting it to re-fit. It looks new! The cleaning went well and I would hire them again.

It was fine. I didn't want them to have to move the furniture and asked them to do the best that they could.

They did a fantastic job! I thought my carpet was ruined from my dog being sick. I had already cleaned the areas, and was thinking that the areas where the dog had soiled the carpet were a total loss and would need replacing. After Premium Steam cleaned it you can't even tell there was ever any stains at all.

Awesome job, they are welcome in our home anytime. Called on Monday and scheduled a clean for the next day!!! The gentleman (I forgot his name) was on time, very polite, courteous of our furniture and belongings and made sure our pets were safely out of the way before he started. Listened to our concerns, asked good questions, gave specific written estimate before any work was done, and got right to work. We have to have our carpets cleaned every 18 months to uphold the warranty so there wasn't a lot of all over all issues just some spot (mostly pet) stains. All the spots were gone and our carpet is fluffy and fresh looking again. This company will absolutely be the one that we will call for any of our carpet needs in the future.

This is my second year of using Premier Steam. Dennis did an excellent job and my carpet looks new again.

Before I had Angie's List, I used another service on three occasions to clean my carpet. Compared to Premium Steam, their work was completely inadequate and not worth paying for. Dennis was right on time and called ahead to let me know he was five minutes away. When he arrived, he surveyed the area to be cleaned, asked questions to guide his work, and started without delay. I was totally shocked at the results, in a good way. My 12-year-old carpet has never looked this clean and it was really a mess. Even the grease stains left by a window installer, which I thought were permanent, had disappeared, along with all the stains from cat throw-up and my own sticky spills. All the dirt and fur that is so difficult to sweep and vacuum from corners and crevices was gone. I am not exaggerating when I say my carpet looks as if it has just been installed new. When I commented to Dennis how amazed I was with his work, he modestly explained that having state-of-the art power equipment makes a difference. Premium Steam does have really powerful equipment. But just having the equipment would not produce the extraordinary results I am seeing. It is obvious to me as I look at the carpet that Dennis devotes as much time as he needs to every square inch, nook, and cranny. No skipping or skimming the surface of anything! The work of Premium Steam, for me, was perfection. If not for my tight budget, I would gladly pay a great deal more for this level of quality and service. Thank you, Dennis, and Premium Steam.

The carpets were very dirty, and although they could not be completely cleaned to "Like New". They were a million times nicer when they were finished with them. Great job!

Wonderfull! Prompt and thorough. All areas most professionally cleaned and sanitized. I've used other cleaners and none match what Dennis did. Furniture moved including queen bed with care using furniture sliders to clean completely. House smells clean! Premium Steam is the co. For the job. Bypass all others. Most reasonably priced as well. Much less than expected.

I have been using this service for about 4 years and haven't written a review before but have always been pleased. They were right on time....gave me my estimate and got right to work. They were finished in about 1.5 hours and the floors were beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My daughter uses them all the time also.....

Very, very pleased with Mark and Dennis. Dennis visited my home and provided a complimentary estimate. They were accommodating to my schedule to book the appointment to do the work. Mark and Dennis arrived on time; they worked efficiently; they were very professional and helpful. Their work was great and they left my home very neat. I would use them again without question.

They did a great job! Denis was professional and methodical and shared with me his plan to accomplish the job. Five rooms were cleaned including one bonus room - large furniture was not moved its just too heavy and most of the small stuff I moved before he came (like nightstands and kids table, toys, etc.). He completed in about 2 hours and the rugs have taken about 24 hours to fully dry but were never terribly sopping wet. I have used a few other popular steam and dry cleaning companies in the past and I have to say I am finally very impressed how nice my carpets look! I was very leery to have them cleaned because of the disappointments in the past, therefore I read a ton of reviews and after all that, I am highly pleased with the results. Their awesome machine is smaller and round so I am not sure about the corners but am satisfied. I will be calling on them again!

Arrived as scheduled. Explained calculation for room square footage for cleaning "Coupon deal" and extra allowance for stairs. Carpeting looked excellent following cleaning. He was very careful to warn us regarding adverse effects of steam on wool carpeting. Please styrofoam blocks and pads under furniture to prevent staining the carpeting while damp following cleaning.

I've been using him for years and he's actually a neighbor of mine. I usually have them come out about once a year. I spent $342.25 for their services last year. He's conscientious, punctual, thorough and his pricing seemed to be in line with other steam cleaners when I first started using him. It's usually just him doing the work and sometimes he has someone work with him. I've been using him for at least 10 years.

They did a great job. Very professional. Work was first rate.

This company was so friendly when I called and answered all of my questions. They sent someone out the same day and got four rooms done in an hour. I would highly recommend them!
