there are quire a few places that the carpet has been soiled from previous owner. I was going to replace the carpet but decided to give it a shot of steam cleaning. One of the brothers came and did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpet and removed almost all stains from the carpet, even on the heavily soiled stair carpet. I am NOT replacing the carpet because of their service. Thanks!

I thought they did a super job. I was efficient and did exactly what they had said. They took some extra time for the stains that I had and did everything quickly. I was very happy with their services.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal coupon so the price is approximate. Scheduling was easily done by email. Marc showed up exactly on time, and was friendly and professional. He measured first so I had an idea of whether the coupon would cover the entire area (it did not, but the extra amount that I paid was small). Everything was done exactly as I requested, and Marc was also careful to make sure that I kept my pets from escaping from the house. I will definitely use this company again - they are local and do a great job.

I couldn't be more pleased!!!! I called Marc on Friday, 4/27/2012, after Stanley Steemer failed to show up on time. (I won't use Stanley Steemer again, since they are unable to stay even remotely close to the window of time scheduled for the appointment.) Marc wascourteous and professional on the phone and we scheduled the cleaning for Monday. Marc and Dennis arrived promptly as scheduled. After introductions, they quickly went to work assessing the cleaning needs, materials of the area rug and the overall job. They were very careful while pulling the hoses through my home, and were very courteous throughout the entire process. The overall job went incredibly well! I can't say enough about Marc and Dennis - and highly recommend them for carpet cleaning!!!!

I bought my house two years ago and was very disappointed in the state of the carpets after being "cleaned" by the previous owner. Finally got around to getting them cleaned again after seeing hte $179 coupon on the site and couldn't be happier with my decision. Marc was extremely professional throughout the entire process, from the initial phone conversation to the completion of the work. My appoint was set for 1 pm and he showed up at 1 on the dot. Did a walk-through of the areas which needed to be cleaned and noted that most of the dirtiness was from soap residue, which, as he noted later, was probably caused by chemicals from the previous "cleaning". Marc was in and out in under 2 hours and the carpets look fantastic. I would highly recommend Marc and Premium Steam to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

Mark did a wonderful job. He was very professional on the phone and in person. During the walkthrough (the house was empty), he was able to identify the types of most of the stains, and was able to apply the proper solvents to work on each type. The carpets looked great after he was done. I would definitely use Premium Steam Co. again in the future.

Premium Steam was very easy to schedule with and came only a few days after I called. They even measured the area and gave me a lower price than quoted over the phone, and the carpets look great.

Short notice yet fit me into their schedule. Arrived punctually. Took less than 1 hour. Worked as a team. competently used several techniques to remove stain which had been treated by owner erroneously.

They have cleaned our carpet three times. We have been very pleased with their service. They're prompt, hard working and they know their business. When they're finished, our carpet could not be any cleaner. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Dennis told me that furniture depressions are caused when the back of the carpet is broken and thus the pile will not lift back to the original look. However, it helped to make those areas less noticeable. The worn and soiled part also are much nicer and cleaner. One tip I have is to make sure you vacuum the rooms first. They do not carry a vacuum on their trucks. I used a $10 Angie's list coupon to get the $90 price.

The service is excellent. They responded quickly and arrived on time, They are polite and courteous and the job they did was outstanding. I will use them again.

Premium Steam consists of two brothers I believe, that do the work, and they are very good, real professional and timely. They are priced right and they do a heck of a job. They even take the throw rugs on the hardwood floors out and clean them. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.
