Owner was able to come out very next morning, arriving promptly at appointment time. He measured each room, moved all of our furniture for us, and put it right back in place after steam cleaning our carpet, placing it on small blocks, allowing our carpet to dry thoroughly. The owner spent extra time on our high traffic areas, ensuring us the best possible outcome! Our carpet looks fantastic and we are thrilled with our results! I would highly recommend Premium Steam of Cary to anyone!

The process took approximately two hours. Drying time was only two to three hours. We're very happy with the results. All of the carpeting, even the more heavily trafficked areas, looks and feels great.

What a great company! very professional and did a quality job at a fair price. They removed a 1 year old carpet stain that several other companies could not remove. I directed them over to my mother's house where she was planning to change her carpet. It looked brand new when they cleaned it and she was very impressed also. These guys are first class.

The experience was very positive. They were on time (a big satisfaction point for me) and professional. The carpets looked very good after they finished.. their steam equipment used seemed to be quite effective.

I called Marc DeMont and made an appointment and they were able to work with me to do it after I got off work. The gentleman who showed up was very nice, even though it was raining, he took care of everything and worked very efficiently. He got the carpet looking great again and I was very pleased. .

Overall, great experience! They were running a little behind and I received a call by the owner to let me know. We had several areas of pet stains that another company failed to get out. Overall, we believed we would need to replace the the carpet soon because it looked stained and worn. After a thorough cleaning by Premium Steam, our carpets look great. Much of the pet stains were caused by soap residue from previous attempts to clean them. By using a defoamer and then cleaning the spots, they are barely noticeable (very mild staining from color loss from the urine, which is only obvious if I look very closely in the known area). I waited a few weeks to write this review, so that I could see if the spots would reappear in time. The carpet still looks great and we are thrilled that we do not need to replace the carpets. The company was very easy to contact, set up an appointment quickly, offered to come back if we had any concerns (which we don't), and honored their Angie"s List coupon. We will definitely call them again when we need more carpet cleaning.

They brought their van which has all the steam-cleaning equipment inside, and brought the connected hoses, etc. inside to do the steam cleaning. They were thorough, and didn't charge for the closets which was nice. I appreciated their work and will use them again if we need our carpets cleaned.

I needed whole house carpet cleaning quickly to accommodate a sick family member. I called Premium Steam of Cary. They came out the same day (I didn't even have to ask!) and did excellent work. They were friendly, professional, quick and the service was as described. I was so impressed, I paid them extra! Even so, the price was extremely reasonable.

They did a great job. I am satisfied with their service. They only accept cash or checks but we were able to work things out.

I purchased the "Big Deal" for this Service. I called and spoke w/ Marc about the work to be done. He explained the process as far as what to expect and answered questions ahead of the visit. Marc arrived on time and did a very thorough job. He was able to get up stains that we were unable to do on our own. The berber carpet is 14 yrs old and in relatively good shape so the cleaning will help to keep it that way for longer. Also, we were able to see in the most traveled area that though cleaned thoroughly at some point in time the carpet picks up wear marks that cannot come out. Fortunately this is in an area separated from the other areas, so we can over time decide to replace carpet or go w/ hardwood in that area alone. The cleaning process allowed us to make this determination for that area. Marc took the time to answer questions and explain things. A job well done. Thanks.

They did a great job and I will definitely use them the next time I need my carpets cleaned. Their regular price for my carpet is a much better price than another company I was using and the job was just as great, if not better. Great guys to work with!

Marc showed up right on time, and looked over the carpet we needed cleaned. He was very honest about the urine stains on some of the carpet. That said, the stained areas look significantly better. Even my teenage children remarked on how much better the carpet looked in their rooms. I thought Marc was very professional, and I would definitely use his company again.

Nothing much to tell. They came in, cleaned upstairs and left in about 2 hours. Carpet looks better than it has in years.

We purchased a whole house coupon from Angie's List and my wife easily scheduled by email the appointment on a date we needed. Marc called 30 minutes before the appointment and arrived exactly as scheduled. We felt comfortable having Marc and his helper in our home [ other posting refer to him as his brother]. He his a pleasant well educated individual - not what you would have expected. They went to work and I marveled at their stamina with the steam cleaning tool. He offered to answer by telephone any carpet stain removal questions we might have in the future. When they were finished our carpets looked like new - except for the well worn track that was clean but with all effort still showed the age of the carpet. Marc will be called the next time we need our carpets cleaned and I would be pleased to recommend him to our friends.

I called and talked to Marc last week and he was very pleasant and professional, and answered all of my ridiculous questions without hesitation. Having never hired carpet cleaners before, I was expecting a bunch of lingo and "add ons" and was very happy that I didn't get any of that. There was no sales pitch, no push for additional services, and no requests for travel fee, deposit, or anything like that. Just simple, professional, honest business. Marc got to the house a few minutes early - I was concerned that I was going to be late, so I called him to let him know and he was already there and actually answered the phone! Once we got in the house, I showed him a couple of spots that I was specifically concerned about, and he pointed out others that he was concerned about. He told me he would call me when he was about 20 - 30 minutes away from being finished, which he did. When I got back to the house, the fresh, clean smell of a clean carpet greeted me at the door and all of the spots were gone. The prior owners of the house had 3 dogs, two of which peed on the carpet several times the day we came to look at the house before we bought it !! I was concerned that the steam would just make the smell worse, but I was happy to find just the opposite. I've already told Marc that I will be calling him again in the next week or two to have him come and clean the carpets in our current house after we move out of it and into the house he just cleaned. He was genuinely appreciative of the additional business.

The brothers arrived on time and were so friendly! They wanted to see the areas of concern first and took time to assess what needed to be done. I appreciated their advice about what did NOT need to be done and will call them again because I trust them. They took much longer to clean the carpets than the previous company took and the results were much better. It has been a couple of weeks since they did the work and the carpets still look great. I highly recommend Premium Steam Clean.
