 + 1 moreThese guys are true professionals. Quality work at a slightly higher but more than fair price for the quality. They are extremely communicative and work through your lawn challenges with you, even if it means them not doing the side job. They reseeded our basically weeded lawn in the fall and the product came out fantastic. Lush lawn.

 + -1 moreJoe and his crew at Lawn and Order did a great job with my lawn and yard work for about 5 years. I moved this spring to Minneapolis, and I wish I could have taken Joe and his crew with me. We always got numerous compliments on how the yard looked, and Joe was always responsive to my needs and requests. I chose Joe over several larger firms, and I never once regretted my decision. Highly recommend Joe Bailey and Lawn and Order.

 + -1 moreSo far, I have been very pleased with what I have seen. He and his yard manager (Spencer) are very responsive, and seem to take quality time to review and work on the yard. E.g. when I used TruGreen, the tech would spend maybe 10 minutes and was clearly rushing (I work from home, so it was easy to take time to watch the work in progress). However, the L&O team seemed to be much more methodical and diligent about the application of the yard products. While it's too soon to see an actual difference in the yard, my initial impression has been good enough that I've called Joe for some other projects.
Description of Work: The L&O team is providing grass and weed treatments for my front and back yard.

 + -1 moreHe was awesome. Our intention is to get them back out to do more because they did such a great job. There was no additional cost. It was whatever the deal price was. It was excellent. They were timely. They called and said hey, at the beginning of April, when the weather turns, we'll take care of it. They showed up, didn't even talk to use. They showed up, did it, put the sign down, left and the lawn responded phenomenally.

 + -1 moreWhen called for scheduling the person was very knowledgeable and explained what was going to be done in detail for the treatment and then what would be needed as a maintenance plan. Both done just as they said they would be.

He always responds to my emails quickly and professionally and they've made our lawn the best on the block :) When we moved in a year ago our lawn had a low of dirt patches and weeds. After almost a year of service with them the dirt patches and weeds are going and our lawn looks fantastic. Even our neighbors have taken notice.

 + -1 moreIt was okay. I never met the staff. I actually just terminated my agreement with them. I had an yearly agreement. It ended this month. It was $100 per month. What they did with the grass was fine. I was really disappointed on what they did at other places, which was almost nothing. They left the area fine. It wasn't that they were leaving a mess or anything. It was overgrown. It didn't look kempt. They wouldn't trim bushes. They wouldn't even clean up storm debris without an additional charge. $100 a month only with two tiny little patches of grass just didn't seem like a good fit. The price was a little on the high side. I expected more for that. What they did was good. They just didn't do enough. The other reason that I chose to terminate was that they would not service a second property.
Description of Work: I have used Lawn & Order. I hired them to do yard care, which was supposed to be taking care of the grass and also cleaning up leaves and just other lawn things.

 + -1 moreAt our request the owner did come to the house on 3/13/2015 to provide the free estimate. He wanted to know what our current Lawn maintenance contract cost which we did not provide. We wanted a written estimate so that all the included services would be stated up front. While he said he would follow through within 1 day, at 3/23/15 nothing has happened. We have contracted another Angie's list provider for these services.

 + 0 moreThey charge $50 a week to blow the leaves. What they have done so far has been satisfactory. They are very prompt. They came every week on a schedule, so we knew that we would expect them on a certain day. They were very organized and would get the work done and then be gone quickly, so we were satisfied. In the spring, we will be using them for more services like planting grass and things. So far, the leaf cleanup has been fine. In terms of price, I haven’t used a lot of services or search them out to compare. Their punctuality has been fine.

 + 0 more$35 per visit for mowing and trimming front yard plus clean-up, $35 per visit for fertilizing or treating front yard, range of costs for special requests, $60-70 per treatment for brown spot in summer (note we don't have grass in our backyard so the area services is relatively small) I especially like that I can email them for special requests and they will take care of it on their next visit. They also use a blower to remove all of the leaves off our back deck, which is great.
Description of Work: They have been providing lawn service and yard work for us for a few years. The frequency is using 2-3 times per month but less often in the winter. Lawn mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed treatment, brown spot treatment, and yard cleanup approximately every two weeks. Lawn aeration and seeding in the fall. Trimming bushes and other vegetation on an as-requested basis.

His prices are very reasonable. He is very responsive and will call back there same day I call him. My experience with them has been excellent! They are the best yard service company I have ever had.
