Description of Work: Lawn and Order maintains my yard and I pay them monthly to do so. They do a wonderful job, I would give them an A, the owner is very responsive when there is a concern and I get great compliments on my yard.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job. By far, this was the best aeration job we have ever had since living in our house, 15 years later. Their over seeding also worked. Within (8) days after application, we have noticeable grass seedlings sprouting up in our lawn.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal in the afternoon, called Rob, and scheduled our initial call for later on that evening. Rob took care to contact me when he promised, and was very courteous and professional over the telephone. The deal I purchased included 4 man-hours of "spring clean up type" yard work. Rob explained that I could have 4 people for 1 hour, or 1 person for four hours - however I preferred. He also took the time to explain to me what would normally happen from start to finish with the type of service I purchased. I was concerned that my yard was not like a typical "no-land-lot" in a subdivision. I have 2.34 acres - over half of which is landscaped - and a four-man crew may be able to do it in as few as 3 hours, but would probably not finish it in 1. As a solution to this, Rob suggested that I could purchase additional "deals" if needed at the time - instead of paying for a-la-carte man-hours at full price. Rob seemed very willing to accommodate most any situation and special requests, including scheduling requests, raking vs. blowing preferences, which bushes to avoid, where not to blow the leaves, right down to the details. He was even willing to send out an individual to eye the place over first, and then set aside an entire crew for an entire day to "come straighten the place out". However, even with Rob's flexibility, I have chosen to cancel the service because of some extremely large and dangerous trees which need to be removed first. I have no doubt Rob would have been more than happy to work around them, but I feel that they should be removed first so his team can have better and safer access to the areas which I want serviced. The bottom line: Given Lawn & Order's ratings, reviews, as well as my interaction with Rob, they seem like a very affordable and efficient design/build and routine maintenance landscaping company that would be more than capable of seeing to our needs on an ongoing basis. I hope to be hiring them back very soon.

Description of Work: We never actually even got to getting an estimate for work to be performed. During the first conversation, I was told that he would have to check to see if their company's service extended into the Apex area. Second conversation, I was assured that they would be able to work for us. We set up an appointment for him to come look at our yard and give us an estimate for what would need to be done. No one from the company showed up for the appt. (I quit work early to be available when he arrived) nor did anyone call to say ' sorry, we can't make it today, can we reschedule?'. We were most disappointed in the lack of professionalism and common courtesy especially since their company had been rated so well on Angie's.
