Landscaping and lawn maintenance
Description of Work: We have been using Lawn & Order for landscaping and lawn maintenance (4 acres) for three years on a bi-weekly basis. They have been very reliable and conscientious! The crews are also always friendly, courteous and professional. The grounds look awesome every time they are finished. It is also easy to reach their office by phone, if needed, and their office staff is also very pleasant and helpful. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Requested a quote, and was denied due to being “outside of the service area”. Did the math, and we’re approximately 22 minutes (11 miles) away. If you’re a Raleigh-based company, then you should have the wherewithal to service someone within Wake County. Seems like a ridiculous business practice. Be warned!

Description of Work: I had high hopes that they could solve the problem that I have not been able to solve by getting grass to grow in the shady area of our yard. Unfortunately, they did not. Grass seed was not applied until October which I believe was too late to germinate.

Mr. [Member Name Removed] bought an aeration & over-seeding package from us via Angie's List storefront on 9/23/15. Please note this is only days away from October. We messaged him back the next day as we normally do. Mr. [Member Name Removed] dropped off the face of the earth so we came out to perform the service within a couple of weeks of his purchase date. When we showed up he had not prepped the property (marked irrigation heads, cut the grass, OR told us he had about 25,000 sqft of turf). Instead of potentially harming his property, we did not perform the work that day and attempted to contact him again. We finally heard back from him towards the end of the October and we were able to complete the work at that time. Our response time is spot on and our services yield great results. Please reference our other reviews for a more accurate perception of our work.

Description of Work: They are going to completely manage my lawn/yard/shrubs, etc. So far, the owner has sprayed my yard for a lot of weeds and it looks great! They've also cut my grass and it has never looked as good. The service is excellent -- I am extremely pleased with this company.
