The guys are always very polite and sweet. I would have any of them in my home at any time. They do a super job on our yard.

last year our lawn was all weeds. they killed off the weeds and reseeded. we have been having them do treatments, and now our lawn is awesome. very strange getting all the complements, but sure does look great.

I have been working with Lawn and Order for a few years. They performed as they always do, very good. They maintain my lawn and plants. Joe and his crew are very professional and do a great job. I would recommend to everyone.

They do and excellent job with the maintenance and seasonal fertilizer and reseeding. They contact me often when they have suggestions for my lawn, and are readily available when I want to touch base with them on any matter concerning my lawn. I highly recommend them to any one who would like to have their lawn serviced. They are courteous, friendly, professional, and dependable.

I have been using Lawn and Order for a year now and been very pleased. Joe has been quick to respond every time I've contacted him and has always been very pleasant and helpful. His service is dependable and his team always does a good job. They bill me monthly which works well. I have had no problems with them and highly recommend them.

They have done a stellar job over the last year, and we look forward to many more. In addition to monthly maintenance, they have done ad hoc planting, mulching, etc and we've been perfectly happy with all of it. The company's owner, Joe Bailey, has always responded quickly to our requests for quotes and other information. The work has always been completed in a timely and professional manner at a reasonable cost and we have already scheduled more mulching to be completed later this month.

Did a fair to middling job, while trying to sell me other services. Also promised me an Angie's List discount, which he did not provide, and tacked on a $25 late fee when I didn't pay my bill within two weeks. He sent the bill via email, which ended up in my spam folder. I paid the bill in full when it arrived by regular mail, but I will never use them again. They lied to me. They did the minimum, charged the maximum, and gave me the hard sell on services I didn't want.

Very satisfied with the service. My business travel was extended for several weeks. I used Angies List to find Wendell's Lanscaping to cut my grass before the Home Owners Association sent me a nasty letter. They understood and responded quickly to my needs. Once I returned, I requested a quote for some additional work (Retaining wall clean up, Holly Tree Trimming, Pinestraw, and Mulch). As a result, I have have a beautiful landscape that make me proud.

The folks at Lawn and Order are great. Always professional and consistent. I've had many services before that were completely unreliable--not these guys. Additionally, they are PROACTIVE--much different from my prior services. Joe (the owner) is courteous and always willing to do what's best. By far a cut above others.

The price was very reasonable, and we were very satisfied with the service for the first several months. However, we began having communication problems with Joe, the owner. For example, the back yard at the rental property had some water drainage problems owing to above-average rainfall and the slope of the yard. We told Joe and asked if he could help us fix the problem or recommend someone else to do the job, which he did. The problem is that his crew simply quit cutting the back yard without telling us that they would. Even when the water drained and the backyard was dry, they didn't resume cutting the yard until our tenants complained and we called Joe. Around the same time, we asked Joe to trim a holly and some other bushes in our own yard. Rather than carrying away the trimmings (including about 6x8 ft of overgrown holly tree), the crew tossed them in a natural area between our house and our neighbors, which irritated our neighbors to no end because the mess landed on their property. When we asked Joe about it, his response was that removal is an additional fee. (No apology for failing to mention removal options in the first place.) The crew did come back to remove the trimmings, but it caused a lot of confusion and unhappy feelings on our neighbors' part because it took several weeks to get cleaned up. On both of these occasions, Joe's tone implied it was our fault for not realizing automatically that his crew would act as they did. My husband and I did not appreciate that Joe failed to take the time to explain the full extent of his services or decisions regarding our properties. We stopped using Lawn & Order last August. Joe sent an email about a month after we stopped doing business with him to remind us to aerate and seed in the fall and to apologize for the confusion. (On a side note, my husband handled most of the interaction with Joe last summer, and I imagine acted inappropriately more than once. On the other hand, he is very protective and viewed Joe's interaction with me as disrespectful, particularly when we received no apology for the oversights/miscommunication. In the end, though, the decision to stop using Lawn & Order was mine, and based entirely on the lack of professionalism and communication from Joe prior to my husband's involvement.)

They do what they say and the price is right.

They are awesome. They follow your vision exactly and their guys are very punctual. They also work fast and people are impressed by their work.

I had my yard irrigated and seeded in the fall. Before they could seed, the guys had to mow the lawn, to be sure the seed would get to the soil. The owner came to my house in late November to fertilize the lawn, he saw there were too many leaves on the lawn to fertilize. He went back to the truck, got the blower out, and blew all the leaves from the back of the yard, then fertilized. He came to the door when he was finished, informed me he had placed more seed down where there were bare spots. I would highly recommend this lawn company to anyone. They do everything in their power to be sure you are happy with the results! I am happy!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they came out, and they did a good job. It wasn't exactly what I expected. My expectation was that I would be able to dictate, what they were to do, and their expectation was that they were going to come out and do the standard. So, they come out and do the yard, trim the bushes, and make everything look nice and neat. If there are specific things that you want them to do, they are not really set up for that. There was a little bit of difference of opinion in what I wanted them to do, and what they came out expecting to do. What they did was great, and in the end, I just wasn't going to fight it. The other thing that was interesting was that to me, it was important to know exactly when they were comiing, and they said they would put me on schedule for whenever. They were really nice and did a great job. The other thing was that as I was trying to talk to them, and because I was looking for someone to do more long term work, and they were like at the end, they realized that, and told me to call our office. There was no one to talk to about if I wanted regular service, and it was interesting. I did find someone else on Angie's List who is now doing my regular yard work.

These folks started maintaining my lawn, trimming my bushes and trees since the beginning of this year. I have had several different companies the past years do this and these guys are by far the best. Joe and his crew are very prompt and do a great job. I would recommend to anyone.

We where contacted within 48 hours after the purchase was made. We scheduled a time to have them come perform the work. There was slight confusion over the address (we had just moved.-and our old address was the one they had) We were able to reschedule in a timely manner. They were professional and worked hard while they were here. Also, they were easy to get a hold of via phone and email. I would use them again!

I contacted Mr.Bailey based upon Angie's list reviews. He was very courteous and arrived quickly to offer a quote for regular lawn treatment. I hired him based upon this meeting. He was very nice and professional. However, I came home one day and another lawn treatment company was spraying my yard. The gentlemen told me they were at my house for Lawn and Order. However, they were from Sweetbrier Lawn services. Once they completed the treatment, the sign left in my yard for Lawn and Order. I contacted Mr. Bailey about this and his comment was that he has over 100 customers and I was getting a great product. This may not bother other customers but it did me, so I decided not to use Lawn and Order for any future services.

The work went very well and they managed to do everything I wanted done within the 4 man hours. The crew was very friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to use Lawn and Order again.

Good advice on a valve that may leak. Were able to make an informed decision to wait on replacing the valve assembly. Quickly fixed one leak. Adjusted all heads to get best coverage. Very pleasant, professional service. Will definitely use in future and recommend highly.

They contacted me for an appointment the next business day after my purchase. They were able to schedule me for an appointment within about a week of the purchase. They were very thorough and did a great job. We tried to hire them for regular maintenance but we our outside their maintenance service area.
