Description of Work: Replaced shingles on our house. |Competitive pricing & quality materials. Workers were professional & completed the job within expected time frame. Call backs from messages we left on their answering service were very slow.

Description of Work: installed a powered roof fan. Cost was for labor only as I had pre-purchased the fan and had the electrical done later. They were knowledgable, timely, fast, efficient and I would use them again if needed.

Description of Work: No service was performed. The "B" rating is due to communication and punctuality. I received a message within 2 days of purchase stating that Mr. Taylor would stop by my home the next day (April 11) to view my roof. I contacted him a week later (April 18) because I had not received the quote. The reason I had not received the quote was due to his failure to review my roof as previously stated. He stated he didn't make it by but now he was out of town. He promised to stop by the following Tuesday (April 21) and have a quote that afternoon. However, I did not receive the quote until a week (April 28) after it was promised. Based on the other reviews, the company appears to do good work, but my interaction with Mr. Taylor did not leave a good impression with me. I understand that things happen, but I would have appreciated better communication. It is not a good business practice to tell someone you are going to do something and then not do it or even notify the person that you didn't do it.

Description of Work: replaced 5 windows and one with rotted wood, refinished the outside with aluminum siding. They did an excellent job and did it in less then 5 hours. I would highly recommend them.

We did not use this company because we got another estimate that seemed to fit our needs better. Would have been nice to get an in person explanation of the estimate so we did not have to guess on some of the details.

When he could not keep an appointment because of the weather, he called and set up another appointment for within a couple of days. I will definitely use the company again when the need arises.
