Description of Work: Initial appointment completed. Discussed with technician and agreed with what I needed. I thought that we had agreed. However, I have not heard from this company. Called Angie's customer service and they tried to reached this company also. No response. Refund, so I may use with another offer.

Description of Work: Installed two beautiful honeycomb shades in my bedroom on June 25, 2016. The date portion of this form would not allow me to adjust for that date. Although the voucher was for $89, the company didn't charge me because they were installed after the expected date. I was very impressed by their professionalism.

Description of Work: James came to inspect my roof for a leak. It was a minor problem that he discovered and fixed on the spot. Said to call if anything else came up. I definitely will! Good service and fair price.

Description of Work: James Taylor Construction installed custom plantation shutters in my great room and custom cut cellular shades in my front two bedrooms. Their installation service was professional, neatly performed, and prompt. And I really enjoy the way the shutters and shades look and perform in shielding my home from hot afternoon sun. I have ordered addtional shades for another room, would recommend this company without reservation.

Description of Work: I had all new windows installed, siding, exterior painting and a large deck installed. The work crew did not do a very good job on clean up daily and left the yard a mess for several months. I have been waiting for 2 1/2 months now for them to come finish staining the new deck I did withhold retainage for this but not a word from them. The deck also needs some additional repairs done and have let them know. They were suppose to give me an estimate to have a small concrete patio and walkway done but never received the estimate. We paid over $30,000. in work to be done would have thought the customer service would be better. I also hired this contractor a few years back to put a new roof on which they did a great job with which is why we rehired them to do the work they did this fall and finished the end of January of this year. Not sure I would hire them again.
