It went well; we're happy with the product and service. Our salesman/installer was a bit hard to get a hold of, but with our persistence, he provided everything promised. Selection seemed limited but perhaps there was more to look at if we had asked. We found what we needed among the samples he brought.

There were some delays in communication, but the blinds were installed perfectly. Note: the $89 I paid was with an Angie's List deal--it would normally cost much more.

It went well. Kevin, the person responsible for blinds, is awesome to work with. The work always looks professional. This is our second time going through him and there will be a third.

Everything went smoothly. He was super patient with my schedule. Wanted them to give me quotes on other projects I was having done to the house since this went so well but never heard from his business partner that handled those quotes.

I know this was a tiny job (replacing ONE shingle) for a company that does full roofing jobs, so I wasn't even sure I could find an actual roofer to do it. James responded to my initial email quickly, and came out to do the repair within a couple of days! We really appreciated that, as water had already come through the roof during two recent rains. While he was performing the repair, he also noticed (and replaced) a second torn shingle, as well as doing a check of the roof including the ridge vent. He also added some roof cement around a couple of vents to help prevent future issues. He was quick to respond, quick to come out, and went above and beyond. We are VERY happy we found him, and will definitely call him back if we ever need more roof work!

The quality of the products are very good and they look great. The responsiveness of the department in charge of the window treatments was not the greatest, but when we finally set up an appointment everything went smoothly. They mentioned something about switching systems at the time of the purchase of our coupon, so maybe that was why responsiveness was off.

How did it go? Great! James Taylor quotes were low and his forman, Paul covers every, and I mean every detail you that you need attention to! James Taylor did a great job for me and I would hire him again. Note; James seems to hate providing estimates more than he likes collecting money. So be patient when you need an estimate. He'll come through eventually and you'll probably like the price. On the other hand, Paul will make sure you are completely satisfied. I'd definitely hire JT again.

Roofing went well; there was an issue with the clean up after the completion of the roofing. There were oil stains on my driveway and a stain on my stucco wall that was not completely removed.
