It turned out great. The time frame was longer than agreed on but was due to things that were out of control. We have only had one small problem and he will be coming out to fix it. All in all it was a good experience. We are looking to have him help with other necessary updates.

I purchased a big deal from them and their service worked out excellent. They got it all done within the big deal. The person who owns the outfit came out and was just fantastic. He came out early to see what exactly needed to be done so he could budget his time and see what materials I would need to get, or he would need to bring. He was very patient and he went through everything with me and we went through my whole list and then he scheduled to come back. His name was Mike. He was so personable and was just so at ease, yet at the same time very professional. When he came back he said I am going to bring a helper and we would be able to go through your list. I was so impressed, because when he came out he was like really pretty laid back and really personable, and easy to have conversations with, but when he came he came to work and I have had lots of people do work for me and they stop and they talk. He was so focused and he kept the other worker focused. There was one thing that I needed him to do to replace something and I had not got enough of the parts. He just told me what to get and I went out and I came back and had them, and he was just not sitting there waiting for me he just went through the rest of the list. I was really impressed with that and very impressed with the fact that he cleaned up everything behind himself. I had to have some stuff removed, my good old ceiling fan and something else that was heavy, and they just took it out and cleaned up everything behind themselves and it was wonderful. There was no foot dragging. He did a good job.

Mike James, the handyman for this company does beautiful work. He was hired to inspect our home every 2 weeks while we were out of state; he did this for several months, then turned the job over to Heidi, as he was "too busy". Mike was supposed to go on 2 specific days each month, this didn't happen - dates were hit or miss. During the time Heidi was doing the inspections, apparently a large window began leaking. She did not observe the leak until there was pretty severe damage done to the interior walls. Mike was hired to repair the damage, and it was done beautifully and in a timely manner - but it should never have been allowed to cause the damage to begin with. Heidi came to clean every other week for 2 1/2 months. In that time period, she was on time once. She had many excuses for her tardiness - flat tire, nightmare, traffic, phone call, etc. Her cleaning skills are acceptable, but not great- and she does like to stop and chat about her personal life and job plans for fairly lengthy periods of time

This is the second time I have been using him and he has always been excellent. He is good his price is pretty good. A lot of times I have set up appointments and he has missed those though he would let us know of his delay.

Mike's crew showed up on time and got to work as soon as I went over what I needed done. I had tried to completely clear the room prior to them coming but was not able to get rid of a few items so they not only moved them out of the house for me but gladly took them with them otherwise I would have put a 'free' sign on them at the street. They also assisted in trying to dignose a leak that was found once the carpet was pulled up.

DO NOT call this contractor! Do NOT use! DO NOT waster your time!!! Unprofessional! No work ethic! No comprehension that other people have schedules and jobs and lives that need to be adjusted to have work done. This was an absolutely horrific experience. I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Just horrible. I am in tears.... I cannot believe that a business would be so unprofessional and disrespectful.

The project was completed on time, price was very fair and the quality was excellent. Would have no problems recommending them or using them again.

Things went very well and she was very thorough. I was very satisified with the work performed. She vacuum carpents and mopped vinyl floors and the tile.

I called Heidi, she responded, came to look at our home and gave me her price. I immediately "booked" her for 12/12-13-14/12. She was punctual, professional, courteous, meticulous with our knicks & knacks. If she had a question, she asked. She was a delight to have in our home. We will utilize Heidi's services on a regular basis, now that we have found this jewel.

Arranged for Mike to come to the location, he texted me 20 min prior and said his car broke and couldn't make it. We rescheduled for the following weekend. Ten minutes after the scheduled time, and two unanswered texts from me later, I called him. He said he was just getting out of the shower and could be there in 15-20 minutes. I dropped him immediately. Very unprofessional.

I spoke with her on the phone, and she was not able to do the job I wanted done.

We called them to do a similar job a couple months later and had the same good experience.

He arrived on time and stayed until the job was finished. Very pleased with the work done. The next day when I was having trouble getting the door to close, Mike came over right away and readjusted it. Havent had any problems since. I will definitely be using him again.

Mike quickly made the repairs to the 3 toilets at our rental townhouse. He even waited patiently for the renter to arrive. We've wanted to find a general handyman for quite some time and decided it was best to start small. He did what he said, how he said, for how much said. Can't ask for more than that! We have quite a long needs and wants list for our own home we will be calling him to handle. Looking forward to working with him again.

Mike and Jimmy at Heidi Schmader did a very good job. Work was done professionally. Mike even honored my Angie's list purchase although he said it is outdated. I will definitely hire him again for future needs. I have already talked to Mike for some other job.

Late in the week, we decided to attempt to secure Heidi's housecleaning work for that Saturday through a recommendation from a friend who had excellent things to say about the services. Understanding it was last minute, we did not know if it was possible to be fit into the schedule. We were thrilled when Heidi confirmed she had a four hour housecleaning slot on Saturday morning starting at 10 am as we had an event the house Saturday night. Since I'm in my first trimester of pregnancy and find myself nauseous and exhausted more often than not, I was really happy to have help with the preparation. However, at around 10:45 am on Saturday morning, I started to have a bad feeling when Heidi had not yet arrived to the house. We decided to give her a bit more time, expecting that she was a professional and must have run into some problems. At 1130 am, we finally called to question about the late arrival, there was no answer. We kept hoping for the best and called back at 1230 pm, still no answer. We again hoped for the best as we had expressed to Heidi that in addition to Saturday's cleaning we were very interested in scheduling regular appointments for cleaning every other week. Our final call occurred at 1:30 pm when we left a message asking that Heidi please contact us. Unfortunately, we were left disappointed as we never received a call back and the scheduled appointment was never kept. Since we had faith that Heidi's company would follow through, we were not able to secure back-up services through another company. We are extremely disappointed in the clear lack of professionalism and follow-through in this company. Unfortunately, they not only lost business from us for this occasion, but also for the recurring housecleaning services we also seek to secure.

Said he had to move aluminum floor to roof post to change door size. Did not seem real sure of what he was doing and we thought price was too high. He missed first appt entirely without calling then was 3 hours late for 2nd appt. We will not use them again.

Heidi did a great job. It was nice to walk in and know special care and effort was put into cleaning. Front walkway was a real mess from the storm and it looked great. Every step I took I saw her special touch.

My experience was very good. Mike was very professional and his charges are reasonable. He was easy to work with, explained any problems as he did the work, and cleaned up after he was done.

It went very well. The rotten timbers have to be replaced along with some siding.

.I used him before because he did good work. I won't use him again because I think he does good work but he raised his rates.

I felt very good about what she did for me. She was very good with cleaning the floors.

She was wonderful. She was excellent. She was very very good. She was prompt, and she did a very good job. I have a manager down there, and he instructed it. He gave her the okay, so everything was fine. I would refer her to someone that I know in the future. There was heavy soil there and she went above and beyond, and it was brand new when they were done.

Mike arrived on time Thursday evening to give me the estimate. It was well within my budget. In hearing that I was moving he made the suggestion of washing the hurricane shutters also. We agreed on the price. He said he could do the work the very next day. When I arrived home from work that evening his crew was just finished up the powerwashing on the driveway. My shed looks FANTASTIC! It won't need paint for another couple years. I learned that the velco straps holding the shutters were basically dust. No biggy. They were pretty much green with mildew anyhow. Hurricane shutters are now GORGEOUS!!! My carport ceiling looks brand spanking NEW!!! I was even surprised to see they had washed the pair of adirondack chairs!!! Mike and his team were efficient, personable, and they do great work! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike showed up to take care of some issues with my ducting, electrical, and soffitt repair. He couldn't repair the duct work or electrical because of the advanced nature of the issues, but was able to give me a good idea of what needed repair. He did an excellent job on the soffit and cleaned the area up well. I will definitely use Mike and Heidi's service again.
