Very smoothly. He and his son arrived early on the day of the appointment, completed the work in short order, and charged a very fair price. The install was done expertly and they neatly cleaned the work area after they were done. Our cat will be very happy.

Mike and his two sons were on time, very quickly determined what needed to be done and went to work on the job list. They elicited my attention on each task, so that I was well informed. Their work was very professional, thorough and with outstanding results. They completed the work on a bit over 4 hours. Mike installed an overhead shelf, two bike holders and some shelves in our garage. He is very experienced and professional and knew exactly what he was doing and did it well. He was very prompt and responsive in communicating with us as well.

I am extremely happy with the work Mike and his son performed for us. We initially had them provide a quote to repair our deck which was very worn and needed a major facelift with all new boards, stairs and rails. They even raised the pilings to fix poor drainage. Their quote was the most competitive, but I must say that they far exceeded my expectations. I immediately asked them to do additional work replacing quite a bit of rotten trim. We have had it repaired on several occasions and this is the first time that I feel it will last. I cannot recommend them higher and I am already finding more things around my house I would like them to address in the future. I honestly think they underestimate the quality of their work as I have had mediocre repairs in the past on more than one occasion by others. I even tried to give them more money, but they stuck to their estimate with only a few minimal add-ons that were welcome and definitely required. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner!

Mike does great work! He has the tools talent and know how to get all home projects done. We have used him 3 times and each time I am amazed at the speed quality and price of the work done!

Mike was prompt and brought his son and another young man along to assist. The original requested installation was completed well before the end of the contracted 4 hours. Mike asked if I needed the bathroom painted and I really did and had enough paint in the garage so he applied 2 coats to the bathroom walls. I was please with the results!

Three people came out to complete the service. To complete the work it was a day and a few hours of the next day -- a day and a half. They left the area clean when they left.

If you are in need of replacing plumbing hardware, I highly recommend Mike James. He did an excellent job of installing my new faucet and even provided some options for purchasing the faucet. Not only am I pleased with the faucet but also the water pressure has improved greatly with a better model. Mike installed flag pole hardware in a strategic outdoor spot. He is efficient and his prices are very reasonable.

I sent an email to Home Team Handyman Service and it was returned within 1 hour. I spoke to Mike via phone and explained what we were looking for. Mike came out to the house the next morning ( a Sunday) and provided a quote for the work as well as explained the process. When we were ready to get started, we called Mike and he scheduled us and arrived on time and completed the job in a professional manner. The fence looks great! We already have asked Mike for some additional work and look forward to working with him in the future!

Mike James came to my house on 7/2/16, arrived on time, was friendly, pleasant, courteous, and respectful, We discussed what I thought needed to be done regarding the deck, but never mentioned the other projects. I explained to Mike that I wasn't sure if I was going to remain in the house or possibly move, so therefore I needed to meet with a realtor first before I would actually be in a position to pin point what I needed done. We did discuss the approximate cost of removing the deck, and he gave me some suggestions about what he thought would be best if I were to sell the house. Mike was very patient and understanding, and actually referred me to a reputable realtor and a plumber, We discussed the possibility of him building me a new house, and he even told me about a piece of property that he thought I might be interested in purchasing. I appreciated how kind and loving he was with my precious animals, and was impressed with the fact that he builds wonderful cat retreats and habitats--as well as tree houses. Although I'm not yet in a position to hire Mike at the moment, I have complete confidence in his abilities, and would not hesitate to hire him sometime soon. In fact, i already referred him to one of my neighbors. I can sum it up by saying that I am very impressed with Mike's scope of knowledge and level of intelligence, and am looking forward to seeing the quality of his work.

Mike was awesome. He came out - as promised and gave us a quote. We scheduled the repairs and he arrived on time. He completed the repairs perfectly. He cleaned up the areas repaired - you could not tell anything was disturbed. He is a really awesome guy. We already have plans for him to do additional work on our home.

I have repeatedly called AngiesList and asked that this pop-up reminder be removed. I am simply writing this in the hope that it will eliminate the pop-up reminder.
