Robin Green and everyone who worked for him were punctual, professional and on top of everything. My house looks fantastic!!! They came up with creative solutions for my badly worn deck (which now looks amazing) and our fiberglass front doors that are very difficult to paint. They didn't just slap paint on those doors and call it "done". They experimented a little to find the best solution and it worked out GREAT! They obviously take pride in their work. HIGHLY recommend!

I would say that our experience with this company was "OK." We have several issues that came up that could have been avoided with better project management, and the project was never actually "completed," as in they never came out to do a final walk through and fix a few issues that were not taken care of during the initial painting. A few key points: - The project went over the dates that they said it would even with great weather. - The foreman was NOT on the site every day like we were promised. - One day, only one person showed up to work on the house-- when if the crew had shown up-- they would have been able to finish. - At one point the team accused us of stealing a can of paint (?!). We did not touch the paint. - We were home the entire time and were able to open windows when needed, but when we pointed out that the project was taking entirely too long because no one was showing up-- they blamed it on us being home. - There are a few areas of the house that were not adequately caulked and need touchups and when I contacted the company there was no response. - They left several sharp objects in our yard-- one a knife that a neighbor child found while walking barefoot, and another that my husband saw just before almost going over it with a lawnmower. - They promised they would be finished by a certain date, and when they weren't, I called and Trent told me he was "headed out of town for the holiday." I found this super frustrating because we were trying to do the same thing and that's WHY we had asked them to be finished by the day before. I would only recommend this company as a second or third option based on our experience mainly because they never truly finished and we are extremely disappointed that they took the check and didn't fix the details.

Excellent! The quality and attention to detail this company provides are exceptional. I am beyond happy with the work they did - top notch painters and crew. The owner, Robin Green along with Trent McQuire kept me well informed and were extremely knowledgeable. The crew that painted were very skilled and my 15 year old house looks brand new. I have had a number of visitors into my home and without exception they have all commented on the painting. I can not say enough good things about this organization!

Their team was extremely professional from Trent, the sales person, who gave us the quote and arrived to kick off the project, to the men who executed the work, to the owner Robin, who visited to supervise the work. We were very pleased and have already recommended them to others as well as reaching out for another job in our new home. Trent even saved us some money by taking our paint sample to the store to purchase what was neEded with their company discount. We rated them a b due to some quality issues with the patching (not sanded down before being painted) and some communication gaps when they gave us a time of completion (the staff person vanished for an extended amount of time, which resulted in them not finishing when intended). Once they realized they were behind, they brought in a full team to catch up. Had they know or had we been told the staff would have to leave and come back, it would have been easier to manage our other commitments we made based on their timing estimations. That being said, we would still hire them again and would just be clearer with our expectations.

Neat, careful job. Painter was very good. Estimator came by twice, once yesterday when deck was being pressure washed and once today to inspect the work. The deck is one level up in the back so the painter had to use a ladder to access. They painted my kitchen last fall and had to scrape off 20 year old wall paper which couldn't be steamed off. I plan to have them do any other interior painting needed in the future. My HOA association provides major exterior painting but not for the decks.

He is very thorough and was on time every day, just like he said he would be. The poor guy worked straight through! He took small breaks, but he got through it so quickly. I'd give him five stars.

Trent (sales manager) was nice to work with and promised work would be completed to our satisfactions before we paid and he kept his word. The crew was polite. The weather cooperated and they worked efficiently over a few days. We noticed a couple of issues and the touch-ups were finished the same day. We've always done our own interior painting but we are definitely considering having them do future interior painting projects.

I was very happy with the way the job went. Under the direction of the job site manager, painters worked carefully and professionally, masked where they needed to and achieved a very fine, uniform result, without drips or spatters. The subtle contrast between wall and trim looks sharp. Somehow they were able to preserve the screen porch screening and trim so that they could be replaced after the porch was repainted, saving some money on our end. They moved porch furniture and BBQ grill to the crawl space for protection, then moved the grill back when the deck was dry, leaving the furniture below at our request. This is a good company with a professional attitude and a good crew.

Taylor came out to look around and prepare an estimate. We received the estimate that day and scheduled the job. Taylor told us his father Robin would be on the job with the crew when they began work. Robin talked with us about what we could expect and we also talked with the job supervisor Paco. Paco keeped us informed and asked questions if needed. The crew worked so well together and stayed on task. While they worked several neighbors stopped by for a business card! The whole job only took 2 1/2 days and turned out better than I could have imagined. It is absolutely beautiful!

Went very well. Robin Green was great to work with. He answered all my questions and let me know what to expect.The painting crew was great. They replaced any siding or wood that was bad . The crew knew what they were doing. They were here when they said they would be and cleaned up each day. When the job was finished Robin did a walk around to make sure everything was done to my expectations. I will use them again when I have the interior of the house painted

It went very well. The crew was great. They did a good job removing wall paper and repair some dry wall.

The service was great - Robin was right on time for the estimate, and the follow up with his pricing was done quickly - his pricing was competitive and transparent. The crew came precisely on time as scheduled to perform the work - and the foreman did a good walk through with us to confirm the work. The crew themselves were very tidy - took really care with our house in terms of covering, laying down floor protection and such, and they worked quietly and diligently - were very polite. Clean up was fast, and when they'd left you really could not tell that we'd had a crew of workers in the house. Excellent service all round and we'd use them again.

These guys are good. They did all inside work in a couple days. the deck took another couple days. We had some issues with the weather and getting our schedules to match, so the deck took several weeks to finish overall but it turned out Ok. My husband is a perfectionist and he had very little touch up to do after they left, and if we had asked, I'm sure they would have done it themselves. The guys are very nice. They clean up after themselves. They come in and get to work immediately, taping everything. They put down paper to protect the floors, roll up rugs, put up plastic over doors, etc. They move the furniture to the middle of the rooms and then put it back when they are done. Would use them again.

The job was done in 2 days. The owner arrived before the crew to review the project to make sure everything was correct. A crew of 4 arrived shortly thereafter and set to work prepping. Floors and furniture were protected with plastic and paper. The crew was fast, efficient, professional and did an excellent job. Very happy with the results. Perhaps best of all was the ability to schedule an estimate online and to get the job scheduled quickly as I needed it done before event we were hosting. The only other painter I called about this job has yet to call me back. Since this company was so quick to respond and was reviewed highly on Angie's List, I went with them and am glad I did. I will definitely use them again.

Robin and Taylor were great. They were able to fit me in to their schedule a day after I got the final quote, and they took all my concerns seriously. Their crew worked for 11 hours the first day and 4 hours the next day to complete the job as soon as possible, and the walls and trim came out beautifully. They covered all of my floors and carpets to protect them thoroughly. They even threw in all my baseboard trim at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional, efficient, and easy experience.

Overall it went very very well. These guys do good work at a fair price. The house looks beautiful with a fresh coat of paint and they did the work in only 2 days. Robin, the owner was terrific. I'd strongly recommend him. .

Five Star painting was very prompt in communicating with me. We scheduled an estimate for the next week and they began painting the following week. They painted the entire inside of my home. They were clean, covered and protected all of my furniture, floors, carpets, etc. We are very happy with their work!

Taylor responded quickly to our request for a quote. The amount quoted was a good value and he promised a good job. His crew finished the job ahead of time. Jobsite was kept clean. Quality of work was very good. We were very pleased with their work and highly recommend Taylor Green and Five Star Painting.

Taylor arrived to provide a Quote and answered all my questions about what his company would be doing. He shared with me the different grades of paint that i could use. On the scheduled date for the painting to start Robin and the crew foreman Elmer walked around the house with me making sure everything was pointed out that needed to be repaired and painted. They also looked at the rooms inside as well. The crew was polite and friendly and when the job was completed Robin walked around with me to make sure they had everything done to my satisfaction and cleaned up. I Emailed the company and got a response almost immediately. Taylor came the next day to give us an estimate, he was very professional and gave us an accurate estimate within a few hours. He knew we were anxious to get into our recently purchased home, and even though this was a big job; it was scheduled to start within days of us accepting the estimate. Taylor was great, he came everyday to check on the painting crew. The foreman Pablo was wonderful, very professional and experienced. He took great care to protect my wood floors, windows, brick fireplace, ceiling fans, etc. Everything that was removed was replaced with care. After the job was done and we did a walkthrough accompanied by Pablo, he marked all areas that needed touching up. We are very pleased with the job and even though we requested a few extras tasks they kept to the estimate. I would definitely hire again. Their expertise is evident in the finished product.

I found this company through Angie's List and emailed them about an estimate. Five Star was very prompt in getting in touch with me and arrived within one day to take a look at the job. The estimate was satisfactory and they were able to get painters to me within a few days. Two painters arrived on time and did a great job of protecting my furniture and carpeting. They were neat, fast and very polite. The job was finished within 8 hours and everything was cleaned up when they left. There were just a few minor touchups I needed to call them back about and it was promptly taken care of. Five Star provided the paint and it was of good quality. I would definitely call them again to complete the painting of the rest of my home.

They were punctual. Stood by their contract. The worker always had a smile on their faces and took pride in their work. No surprises. I almost want to drop them from an "A" to a "B" because their point of contact Trent is a dolphins fan, but he has enough problems with that team.

The day that they started the work, it took 2 days to complete, Robin, the owner, arrived with his two workers. He explained everything we wanted done to his workmen and it couldn't have gone any smoother. They covered the floors, moved furniture and covered it, removed face plates and were extremely respectful of our property. They put two coats of Sherwin Williams paint and cleaned everything up and replaced the furniture and face plates. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend this company for any painting job. We will use them again in the future.

Robin came by to see my kitchen and listened to what I wanted done. His two painters spent the first day prepping my kitchen and steaming and scraping off wallpaper that had been on since the townhouse was built in 1986!! Robin also advised me on paint choices and picked out exactly what I wanted from the color chip I provided. Also, he was able to match perfectly rose color paint in the dining/living room area and his workers plastered and covered the cut seams and repainted a section of my dining room wall that a plumber had had to remove to repair a leaking pipe. He also matched and his workers replaced all the quarter round molding in the kitchen. Professional! Meticulous cleanup. The workers were quiet and polite and the "head" of the crew spoke very good English!!
