[member name removed] We want to respond to you review. We arrived at your home a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. You let us in and right after we walked in another painting company arrived that you that had been scheduled earlier who was late. He stood there while we were measuring. When we were done he continued to stand right there, you never asked him to step outside or into another room and we will not discuss with a customer our program in front of a competitor which is why we left your home without providing delays . We did tell you we would e mail you the quote which we did the next day. You contacted us a few days later and told us you hadn’t received the quote, we sent it a second time. The time frame between when we came out and today has been less than two weeks which can be a normal time period before a customer gets back to us. Until earlier this week we haven’t heard from you regarding our quote other than you contacting us the first time telling us you hadn’t received it . Regarding you saying we didn’t send the quote which was sent twice sometimes people have their e mails set up to block senders they are familiar with or aren’t recognized by their computer and the computer files it in a spam file. I would also like to point out there are two different last names on the file, [member name removed] and [member name removed]which may have cause some form of confusion as well. We are sorry about the confusion but believe we were trying to service you.
