Description of Work: Dave came on time as promised. He evaluated my roof, discussed what he saw as issues and gave me a price. It was the end of a long day for him, but he offered to complete the work then and there.He re-nailed several tiles that were slipping, sealed around the pipes and flues and installed 3 pipe boots. All work came with a 3 year guarantee. He also gave me some advise about trees on my property that he felt were too close to the house and recommended a tree cutter that he personally used and would recommend. I was satisfied with all aspects of his performance and would not hesitate to recommend.

Description of Work: Dave installed an attic vent fan for me He was prompt on returning calls , showed up on time and did a great job I would definetly reccommend Dave and I wish all contractors were as good as he is I have had some bad experiences so the difference really stood out to me
