DAVE'S ROOF REPAIR

Description of Work: Dave is excellent, I had a tree branch come through my roof on a thursday evening and when i called he offered to come that night. Since it didn't look like rain, I said tomorrow would be fine. He came first thing in the morning, pulled out the large branch and repaired the roof in less than an hour. The price was super reasonable and he was very nice and extremely professional. He's repaired my roof in the past near the skylight with excellent results also. I highly recommend Daves Roof Repair.

Description of Work: We called Dave's Roof Repair to check for loose shingles and/or possible fixes needed to our roof, since our roof is 14 years old. Dave came out, checked the roof and said everything looked good. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Description of Work: Dave had patched my roof in the past, and now, even after getting a new roof, after a recent storm, and some large branches falling on the roof, I thought best to have it inspected and repaired, if a few shingle were broken. Dave was prompt and professional as always, and did not find any storm damage, but did make a few recommendations to avoid future problems, which I readily accepted, since I trust his judgment, expertise, and honesty.

Description of Work: Repaired shingles. I use Dave regularly.

Description of Work: I had a slow leak in the roof of an unheated dormer. Dave showed up on time, inspected the roof and found some holes in the shingles. He replaced a rotted piece of wood, fixed the holes and reused the original shingles. Took less than an hour from arrival until repairs were complete. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Dave was very professional and responsive, he was not available to come for a week but he showed up on time on the day of his appointment. He knew exactly what was wrong with my roof and fixed it within 10 minutes. His flat fee for the fix was $225 which I thought was too much for 10 minutes work. I don't mind paying premium for his knowledge, but that premium is a bit high for me.

Description of Work: He did a good job and he replaced 3 "boots". However, it was completed in 45 minutes and I thought that it was a little pricey for a 45 minute job. The cost was $300.

Description of Work: Dave was great. On time (8 am), recommended a few patch areas which I hadn't noticed, agreed on a descent price and was finished much earlier than expected. He was also very considerate and seemed easy to get along with, which made him all the more trustworthy. Would recommend again.

Description of Work: Dave fixed a leak in the roof from a damaged exhaust pipe. |Dave came on time, evaluated the problem, quoted a price, and fixed the leak. |He also caulked two other pipes to prevent them from leaking.
