They came out right away to give me an estimate, and they checked the rest of the roof. They found a few other spots that required sealing, and added those repairs in. I was happy with their service and would use them again.

Excellent. Contacted Dave and he went out the next morning while I was at work. He took care of the roof quickly, replaced the missing shingles which fixed our leaks.

Every roofing contractor in town was very busy with roof repairs. A call to some of the top providers on Angie's list came up with repair crews that were either backed up for three weeks, and one place that didn't guarantee their work, and was considering getting out of the repair business entirely. I contacted Dave, and he was only backed up for a week. I obtained an estimate (no more than $400, if the chimney flashing needed replacement), and scheduled the work. This estimate was in-line with the others I had gotten. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, we had to leave town suddenly. Dave was very understanding, and agreed to do the repairs while we were gone, and allowed us to pay by mailing a check afterward. The repairs worked (we received more rain later), and he provides a three year guarantee.

Service went very well. Mr. Burnett was able to provide same day service and quickly and efficiently completed the job.

I send an e-mail about 12:30 p.m. and received a phone message within two hours. As I was about to follow-up with a phone call, Dave was at my front door about 3:45 p.m. He gave an estimate and I told him to go ahead. He discovered a serious problem with about 5 to 6 feet of the flashing on the front of the house. I then asked for an estimate to repair and was given a very fair price at which point I told him to go ahead. He did an excellent job and was gone before 5:00 p.m.

Only provides repairs, not complete roof replacements. While the repairs themselves were not complicated, he was quickly able to identify problems and knew how to fix them correctly with the equipment on his truck. While the repair costs are high relative to other home repairs, it comes with a three year warranty and saves time to try to figure out the repairs yourself.

Dave came out that day and after climbing onto the roof, he found what he thought was the problem. We agreed on a price, but once he got into the work, he discovered another problem which he immediately came down and told me about and we talked over and agreed he would fix while he was there. He thinks it best for me to replace the roof soon, but guaranteed his work for two years, which I can live with right now.

Work went very well. He was thorough and quick and performed the work the same time he came for an estimate.

It's the usual story -- I recently bought a house and just happened to check the attic after a particularly hard rain. Well, there were a couple of dark spots on the roof near the vent pipes and one was dripping. I immediately checked Angie's List for a repair company and found Dave's Roof Repair. I called and left a message and he called back fairly quickly. He was here 30 minutes later, assessed the problem, and then fixed it. And the price was very reasonable. I wish every home repair problem was resolved this easily. Yeah Angie's List!!!

He was there with in a couple of days. Dave went under his estimate. He guaranteed his work. He came back the next week when the leak in the vent pipe was still unresolved even though he had not installed the vent in the first place. I would hire Dave again.

I was very happy that I could get Dave's to come out right away and take care of a botched job that the guy I had hired before him should have taken care of. The best part of the experience was that Dave didn't charge very much at all for the labor.
