They were prompt and fixed their things when they came out. They did a good job.

Tangela, Certapro's sales rep was punctual and very professional. The quote was inline with another quote we received. Arturo and his team of painters were professional and did a very good job. We are very happy with the results and the price.

They were pretty good. They did a really good job. He did call a couple of times so I keep saying that I’ll be there on Tuesday and he calls that he can’t be there on Tuesday and it will be next week. So a couple of times he put it off but then he finally did show up. That was my only downside with them. He called a couple of times and he actually came and gave me the price but then he had 2 guys do the work and neither one didn’t spoke very good English. At the end of the world, they painted it.

These guys are great, they were curtious and professional. I can recommend them to everyone who needs more than just a paint job, they took my 20+ year old house and made it look like new again.

The problems were with the white trim. They peeled the old paint, but didn't sand to prepare for the new paint. They didn't paint the windows (I always thought painting windows was part of painting a room). They didn't paint the outer edge of the closet doors. There were other minor details that were either missed or not done properly. The follow-up from the company was excellent and they sent someone to finish the job.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, and Tangela came out to look at what we needed. She was very nice and thorough, and gave us a (surprisingly) reasonable estimate for the work that needed to be done. I told her I'd get back to her once we decided on a color, and they were able to schedule the work to be done within days of us calling them back. They got the work done in 2 days, and did a great job keeping dropcloths down, and cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely call them again.

There was a backlog of jobs in front of ours. The week before we were scheduled, we received a phone call requesting we postpone even more - which wasn't a problem for us at all. There was so much rain this summer, I wasn't surprised. The morning the powerwasher was supposed to show up, I got a call at 11 a.m. (he was going to be there between 8-9 am) stating that there was a problem with the equipment, but replacement equipment was being rented and the person would be there later in the afternoon. Much later (4:30) he arrived and was done by 6. All of the windows were coated in schmutz, but the house already started looking much better. The next morning, the paint crew came. They were extremely professional! They were efficient, thorough. Their foreman was a woman - which made me feel even better. When they were finished, she walked the job to ensure I was completely satisfied. Once they were finished painting (including the sills of the windows - they asked for me to open them so they could), they went back through and cleaned all of the windows - getting rid of all the yuck left by the powerwashing. YAY!

They were extremely professional, and listened to exactly what we wanted. They gave recommendations on colr scheme, types of paint, etc. Price was broken out into several levels based on different services, paint, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to paint. The only drawback was the price, although it the quality is higher than anyone else we talked to...

CertaPro Painters of Cary/Apex came in and sold us a very expensive paint job. I think they had one guy who was an actual painter and everyone else was day labor. They did an okay job. It's not a great job. I guess, for what I finally ended up getting done, the price was okay. It's just it's expensive and you expect professional painters when you pay that kind of money and that's not what we got. There were some time issues. We hired them to paint our kitchen cabinets. It was supposed to get done in the same time frame. It was several months later before they finally got it done. Granted, the job was harder than they initially thought it was going to be. But it's the estimators job to recognize how much time it's going to take to do the job. And if he doesn't know, honestly, that's not my problem. When the work was finally done, I was satisfied enough. It just took a long time. Their prices were comparable to everyone else. There was one really qualified guy who went out of his way to make sure that we got what we needed. But it was one guy, not everybody.

The estimate process was easy and convenient. Their quote was the best out of four total. They power washed the house and shed. Repaired various areas that were rotted and even made better a repair job I had done previously. They painted siding, trim, garage door, lamp posts and gutters and my shed. I am very satisfied with the job done. My only complaint is that when the double hung windows were painted they did not let the lower window dry properly before painting the sills. The windows were raised slightly to pain the sills and there are marks on the windows at the level they were raised.

It took several cancellations prior to the painting being performed but they finally came and it looks great!

We had them come out to quote. They were on time and provided a very detailed estimate/proposal. Their services included a color consultation as well to help pick colors. The work crew was very professional. They did a good job of protecting all the furniture, etc. Crew did a nice clean up job after each day and completed the job on time. I'd use them again without question.

I have previously hired them before. I am very happy with the work. They were able to fix some things that I wasn't happy with and I was extremely happy with the finished result. I want to hire them in the future.

The estimator was pleasant and professional. Their's was the first of three estimates that I received and I thought it was a little high. They were willing to lower their price. As it turned out, their's was 40% lower than the second and about 55% lower than the third. A great value. The bad was our experience with their production manager. The information she gave us about the schedule and work hours was grossly inaccurate and she did not respond to our telephone calls. They were supposed to start on Thursday, but did not come until Friday; were supposed to work on Saturday but did not come at all. They finished two days late - Monday, which delayed our putting the house back together until the following weekend. I don't know if it was her fault or the crews fault, but she obviously did not know what the painting crew was doing. We could have more easily dealt with the delays had we been informed of them. The painters on the other hand were professional, courteous, quick and careful. The final product was very good with only a couple of punchlist items that they completed immediately. We are pleased with the outcome and the great value. The president did respond to my complaint and was apologetic.

They were very responsive from getting a quote, having a colour consultation (which was very useful) through to the crew turning up and doing the job. They worked around our schedule, were polite, tidy and very professional. We ended up needing some additional coats in some areas which they talk us through.Overall we are very pleased and would use them again.

They were awesome and did a beautiful job. They were here when they said they would be here and had an excellent crew. I had them to come back and do some more work that really needed to be done. I felt the price was excellent for the size of the house. They provided excellent service and was very responsive. The guy in the main office called to make sure they showed up on time and called several more times during the day to check on the progress of the work. I had new carpet installed in the large media room they painted and they didn't get one drop of paint on it or anything else. They were true to the estimate and very professional. It was an amazing experience. I can't stress enough how careful and neat they were with the job. Everything was covered and not one drop of paint on the floor. There were no runs or drips in the paint. I would recommend them to everybody.

The CertaPro team did a great job on the exterior of our 10 year old home. The team was very careful to let us know what days they would be working and kept us up to date with the progress of the job. There were a few days where rain forecasts delayed their progress but they finished in just under a week. This was an acceptable time frame given all of the work they did on the exterior of the house. It has only been a few days since the job was completed. The paint job looks great all around - I have no complaints or negative impressions of the company and team based on our experience. The team worked very hard during some very hot days and the results are great. I would definitely recommend them to others looking to have the exterior of their home painted.

We met Tangela from Certapro who came and compiled our estimate after meeting at the Raleigh Home show this year. Certapro scheduled our appointment. They were to patch a hole and paint the popcorn ceiling in our kitchen to get rid of some old water stains. It was a Friday and my wife stayed home from work to be there for the painter to arrive first thing in the morning. When the painter failed to call or arrive she started calling the main office to find out where the guy was. He was supposedly lost. He arrived after 12pm to do the work. He explained he was going to use a latex paint and roll the ceiling. I was told by a pro that water stains in ceilings need to be primed and sprayed with an oil based paint. Latex paint was water-based and would possibly make the popcorn fall from the ceiling. My wife explained that to the painter and asked him to spray the ceiling at least. She left the house for him to do his work. When I arrived home I was happy to see that he had properly protected our furniture and floors but the stains were still on the ceiling. We were told that they could patch the hole and match the popcorn so that it would be hard to tell. The hole that was patched was poorly matched and painfully obvious. Lastly the light fixture over our island was 15 degrees off of the location it was before the work was completed. I emailed Tangela to let her know our disappointment. She had the main office call and schedule another painter to fix the issue. My wife and I waited on the Saturday scheduled for the repair work… The painter was another no show. Linda the scheduler said there was a miscommunication and wanted to reschedule again… My wife and I at this point let them know we were past disappointed and would be finding another company to complete the work.

They did a great job. Their price was awesome. They are going to be coming back to do some interior painting soon. They make sure that their work is perfect. They are very precise.

They worked with me very well. For example, I didn’t like the stain they initially brought over and they were very accommodating in switching it with something else. I thought they did a thorough job cleaning up after themselves, and I’m happy with the results of their work.

CertaPro is a very, very good company. I’m extremely pleased with their work, and I do think they deserve my recommendation.

I think CertaPro is awesome! They are super professional and detailed oriented. I’ll definitely continue to go to them for all of my painting needs.
