Gerardo Reyes and Estefani did an amazing job patching a huge hole in the kitchen and repainting it after the upstairs shower was rebuilt. They also did a great job patching multiple holes in my bonus room. They were very professional and cleaned the job site after each day and at the end. Would highly recommend.

This was a perfect experience, very professional. The painters assigned to us, Fernando & Anna is outstanding. They would walk us through with the day's work and explain their plan of action for the next day. The price was reasonable and there was no effort to upcharge or add additional work; the quote was what was paid! The work was scheduled to be done 3 weeks from when we accepted the estimate, but they were able to work us in a week early. The crew was outstanding. The results are beautiful, and I can honestly say I have not found a single flaw--no drips, runs, overspray, or paint on window tracks, door jambs, etc. They took great care of the property and were done so quickly, while still being thorough. CertaPro was the best value and did a good job painting and staining my deck. Their estimates for completion were accurate and after everything dried came back for some minor touch-ups.

Things went pretty well. They had the job done in a reasonable amount of time. A couple of weeks after the job was done a woodpecker damaged the fascia. CertaPro came out and fixed it even though it was such a small job. I would use them again and recommend their service.

Very well. All work performed as promised. Crew was very efficient, was careful around landscape, and cleaned up and stored equipment after each day. Upon completion, we were asked to review all of their work and we were very pleased.

The work was performed extremely poorly and I had to ask them to come out numerous times to power the entire deck, re do their work on the columns they were supposed to repair, actually paint and prime the entire area that was stated in the work order. They did not clean up after themselves and painted parts of my house that I did not ask them to. They never used drop clothes like a normal company and left white paint all over the bricks on my patio. I have asked them several times to clean up their mess and they have stopped responding. As far as payments go they did work with me on the price of the job since they recognized how poorly their workers performed. However, they say they will not honor their warranty since I did not pay full price. It's been a 32 months since they completed all of the work and it already needs to be redone. Paint is chipping, peeling and columns are rotting. The owner actually came out to my house to work something out and to look at the paint this past spring and I have not heard from him since then. I would highly advise anyone reading this to do you research with these guys and if you do make sure you walk through the contract with them. Oh...and there slogan about shutting the gate. They could not even get that part right. My dog got out several times because their workers would not shut the gates to my backyard when they left.

Very happy with the painting of my two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I had unfortunately hired another painting company to paint my whole 1066 sq foot condo and did not care for the paint color of the two bedrooms and bathrooms after it was finished and decided to have it repainted to a more soothing color. I should have had CertaPro paint the whole condo instead of using that other company. The color consultant that CertaPro includes in their service was a very big help when we put our heads together to pick which colors would be best for the rooms. She took the time to make sure which colors would blend together with paintings and bed covers. I love the colors that were chosen and the bedrooms and bathrooms look much better. The quality of the paint and the professionalism of the crew is top notch and I will be calling them again to paint my living room and dining room and will not even consider another paint company. I have already recommended CertaPro to my friends and neighbors.

The painters arrived on time. They painted every room the right color, but they did get paint splatters on my new vinyl flooring and paint on my newly installed carpet. I was told that the floors would be covered and that paint would not get on the floors, or if it did, they would take care of if and get the paint out. I was not at home while they came out, as I had to work, but I figured they would cover the floors as stated. The painters had to come back a second time to do many touch-ups and didn't have any cleaners on hand to remove the paint from the carpet, so the guy used some windex I had on hand, which didn't do the best job. I was a little disappointed that paint got on my floors.

CertaPro was my first estimate out of three estimates in painting my 1066 sq ft two bedroom/two bath condo. There were some water stains on the cathedral ceiling in the living room and dining room with cracks in the drywall from the water stain in the dining room and I wanted to have the wallpaper removed from the bathrooms. Charlotte from CertrPro came out to meet with me and measure the condo and was absolutely wonderful and so nice to work with. She checked with her manager to see if the water stains could be patched and painted to match the rest of the ceiling and was advised that it would be best to paint the whole living and dining room ceilings so that it would not appear that there had been a patch made on just those two spots. She got back with me the next day via email with the estimate of $3,616.00 to paint the two cathedral ceiings, the living room, foyer, dining room, kitchen, both bedrooms and bathrooms and remove the wallpaper from the bathrooms. Knowing I needed to get two more estimates first, I contacted two other painting companies. The second company wanted $1,000.00 more to do almost the same thing, but would not have painted the living room and dining room ceilings, just patched them. The third painting company would do everything along with painting the living room, dining room, kitchen and both bathroom ceilings for $3,416.00. I decided to go with the third company, but am now sorry that I did as their quality of work was not all that good. I wish I would have followed my instincts and gone with CertaPro. CertaPro has a paint specialist that would come out and help pick out paint colors to blend with the rest of the rooms. The third company I went with did not have that service, they brought out color palette and I made my choice with just a few of the samples the owner showed me after about 10 minutes. And after all was said and done, I am not fond of the color in the bedrooms/bathrooms and wish I wouldn't have felt rushed into choosing those colors. My fault, but I still wish I had gone with CertaPro. I have already recommended CertaPro to my neighbors if they ever need to have their condo painted. We were doing work on our house to get it ready to put on the market for sale, so that meant fresh paint and new flooring throughout. We chose to have the flooring done first, then the painting. First of all, that was a big mistake. Next time we have work like that done, we'll do the painting first, then the flooring. The company knew our flooring had just been installed 3 or 4 days before they were to begin the painting, so you'd think they would be a little more careful. We ended up with paint all over the new carpeting. Even after they went around the house with some kind of solvent/cleaner cleaning up the more noticeable stains, we kept finding new areas where paint had been dripped on the new carpet. After we moved, we found paint drips and splatters all over the sides and back of our washer and dryer. The paint crew had to take a comforter from the master bedroom with them to clean at home because they had gotten paint on it too. Luckily, whatever they used on it did get it clean. One of the workers dropped a metal scraper in the kitchen while taking down the wallpaper border. The sharp edge of the scraper hit first and left a gash in the brand new vinyl flooring. I contacted CertaPro, and to their credit, they were willing to do what was right to get the flooring replaced. The crew leader called the day they were supposed to start work and said they were going to be running a little late because they were finishing up with another job. We had been told there would be a crew of three for our job. When they got there, there were only two people, the crew leader and his son. They didn't actually get any painting started on the first day. They only went around taping and doing prep work. The work also took an additional day or two to get fully completed. Overall, I'd say the final pain job was acceptable, but because of all the other issues I can't say I'd use this company again or recommend them to friends and family.

I arrived at my home around 3PM on a Friday to find a van, and a gentlemen up on the ladder on the second floor outside painting my front louver. When I asked him where did he get the paint, he seemed a little confused. If you read your proposal, the instructions were very clear. I would provide the paint, and certa pro would provide the primer. When I asked him did he scrape and prime the louver first before applying the paint he said he did not apply a primer, but he did scrape the loss paint. That?s also very clear in the instructions. On top of that, after completion I find two big dents in my gutter where he placed the ladder over to get to the second level from the outside. Now, since this louver wasn?t primed, eventually the same thing is going to happen that happened from the builder. They hadn?t primed it either, just painted it and in a few years it started to chip and peel off falling on the ground. No one contacted me to tell me they were coming. In your ?About Certa Pro Painters?, it clearly states ?That we keep you informed along the way? This is in fact a false statement in my case. Day 2: Saturday A young man shows up very early (No notice again that he is coming). And this is a different contractor. He does have the details of our job, reviews it with me and gets started. This was a nice young man, and he did a very good job on the covered deck ceiling. He primed it, painted it with two coats of paint which I supplied. He also pre-filled the nail holes. He did everything right, except when he put the ladder through my screen door. We found this at the end of the job after he left. I really didn?t want to make a big deal of this because he was really nice, and I didn?t want him to get in trouble. I just figured I?d pay to have the screen replaced, which is now an estimate of $150. Day 3 Monday The same young man shows up with a helper to review the work to be done to scrape, prime & paint the louvers on the east and west side of the house. He did tell me on Saturday he would be coming Monday to finish the job, and I appreciated that. They did a good job, scraping, priming and completing the finish paint which I supplied. Seems to me there is a communication problem at this company. No one ever followed up with me to see if I was satisfied with the job, or to get my feedback. I own a franchise, and if I owned this franchise I?d be a little embarrassed. You know what they say?.?The devil is in the details? So this review isn?t going to go very well for you when I post it unfortunately. Hopefully your team will improve. I thank you for your time.

A little misunderstanding when we had paint color changed at last moment, which they took care of with no problems. We also asked if they would use 3/8 roller on walls even though walls were textured with no questions there either. Did a great job trimming out and painting everything with great results.

Really well - we paid a little extra for a color consultation as we really had know idea of what the current color styles were. A team of three completed in two days what would've taken me months - very quick and very neat. We did a walk through and fixed a couple of minor issues within the hour. I generally am a bit pf a DIYer but wouldn't consider doing a paint job of this size on my own again - there's no way I could get these results in any reasonable amount of time on my own.

Looked good at first. Now a couple of big places look like watered-down paint was used. THEY DID NOT LEAVE A CAN WITH THE LEFT-OVER PAINT IN IT!!! Guy Troxler promised the same paint crew that worked at our next door neighbor's house. The neighbor was very pleased and that was why we called CertaPro. They showed up with a different crew. We should have said no--hindsight is 20/20. Guy Troxler has only returned one of my phone calls since I have been trying to get some help and response for almost two months. I have left several messages and get the feeling I am being ignored. I want the seams re-caulked and some places repainted so that the job looks like one they would be proud to advertise. The work order said they used Duration paint from Sherwin-Williams but I can't prove it since they left no cans behind. I'm hoping I haven't been tricked.

The guys who painted the house did a great job. Very hard working, courteous, and accommodating.

The crew arrived early and on time each day. Before any painting began the crew took time to carefully repair any crack or holes in the walls or ceilings. They were courteous, professional and trustworthy. They were respectful of our furniture and belongings. They worked hard each and every day. Guy Troxler (our rep) was accommodating and took care of our every need. We will be sure to use them again and have already given their name to friends who have inquired. The workmanship was just beautiful and we were so pleased with the results. They use Glidden Professional paints and we were very happy with the quality of it. Another nice thing CertaPro does is give 10% off for being a previous customer. Also, if you are painting the inside of your home and choose to do the outside as well they will give you an additional 2% discount on total cost of your job. (We received the additional discounts on the above total because we were planning on painting our exterior and had used them in the past) So, the approximate cost for the interior of our home was 12% less than the actual bid listed above.
