Description of Work: We purchased a house (unseen) during the pandemic for a cross-country move. The CertaPro consultant was knowledgeable, professional, kind, reliable and made the process as easy as possible. We had the entire inside of our house (1800 sq feet) painted, including walls, ceiling and all the trim. When the painters arrived and the existing trim paint was not as expected, they communicated clearly and effectively and readily adapted to an updated plan to ensure things went well. The quality of the work was exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Description of Work: To make a long story short.......they absolutely sucked! Contacted them numerous times. No response. Paid $1000, but they weren't even worth that. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL!

Description of Work: Setting up the process (painting interior upstairs and exterior trim) was great, the workers were very nice however a bit sloppy and I had to have them back several times to get things cleaned up and fix missing areas. I am still finding paint splatters and paint on windows. while responsive to my requests it was rather frustrating that there wasn't better quality control by the management team. |

Description of Work: This was the worst house painting or home improved I've ever experienced. Shoddy, unacceptable quality of repair work and painting quality. I can post pictures if needed. The original quote was fine. The final price was almost 4 times higher. I had to continuously check their quality and then call with questions and complaints. The work crew didn't speak English. A 2500sq.foot house took 12 weeks to complete. Frequently didn't show up when they said they would or they didn't show up at all. I still have all the paper work and photos to back up what I have stated.

Description of Work: They just gave me a quote for work, but was $2000 more expensive than the painters that we ended up using. The ratings given is for the work related to the quote, not for the actual work done. They did not do any painting for us.

+ 0 moreThey came on time, put plastic over everything, even put plastic up between the kitchen and living room. There were four men doing the job first day. Second day, there were 3. Sanding all walls and priming them for paint both kitchen and bath. They cleaned up every day. Final day finishing touches were put on and I was asked quite a few times if I was happy with the job and if there was anything else that they could do. Very courteous and good workers.
Description of Work: Took off original wallpaper (20 years old) in kitchen and bathroom. Sanded walls, painted both rooms. Quite a bit of work seeing that wallpaper adhered to the wall board - evidently the walls were never primed before paper was put up.

+ 0 moreThree man crew worked the job. Original schedule was for 7/31 start and estimate was approx 4 days to complete. Company called to ask if they could begin on 7/28 which I agreed to. Work began on Friday, continued on Saturday, Monday, and then completed on Tuesday (on schedule). Crew foreman was pleasant to work with and was knowledgeable in all aspects of the job. He took care to explain the work and to ensure that all color choices were well understood (the job estimate was fairly detailed in this area as well). In general, the crew exceeded my expecations on overall job quality. The crew arrived on time, worked until about 5 or 6pm each day, and straightened up the work area prior to departing. Overspray was usually taken care of quickly and in general the work area was maintained in good condition. The price was a bit high but the job went well and I did not have to worry that something was not getting handled. I believe that I received my $$ worth so rating PRICE as B.
Description of Work: Repainted exterior of home. Began job with a pressure wash to clean existing surfaces. Used same color on masonite siding, new color on soffit, facia, and corner boards. Also replaced several pieces of damaged masonite and water damaged facia. Work included house, free standing garage, playhouse, and doghouse. 4 free standing structures, 16 total wall surfaces. Also stained and applied polyurethane to front door. Removed gutters at my request (they will be replaced in coming months). Large surface (siding) paint was applied via sprayer and the trim work was mainly brushed. Two coats on trim work due to changing color from grey to white on many of trim surfaces. This increased cost by about $700.
