Description of Work: They replaced the main water cutoff valve for the house as well as three cutoff valves under the sink. They're not cheap but I suspect they're within reasonable variance of other providers. They've always been punctual, pleasant and efficient.

He was able to quickly discover the leak and fix though it did involve cutting a large section out of bathroom wall. He replaced valve and tub fixtures. He cleaned up area after fixing. Only complaint was not having an estimate before starting work. We did not know cost of project until bill received a week later.
Description of Work: We had a leak first noticed in basement ceiling. Plumber found leak and replaced tub/shower valve in bathroom. He also replaced tub fixtures. Work did involve cutting a section out of the bathroom wall to replace valve and stop leak. Parts cost approximately $140. Labor cost $340 for four hours of work.

He was polite and very knowledgeable, answered all questions, and gave estimates on repairs. He was somewhat too alarmist about imminent plumbing problems with existing fixtures. Identified leak on the spot, and had the tools and parts to fix it immediately. Labor costs high (maybe too high, I dunno).
Description of Work: Inspected plumbing around condo, identified leak under bathroom sink, replaced corroding pipes under sink, and caulked around toilet.

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY REMOVED THE TOILET IN THE BATHROOM THAT HAD A LEAK. THEY ASSESSED THE PROBLEM AND TOLD US WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. THEY THEN CLEANED OUT THE DRAIN AND STOPPED UP THE LEAK.
