Description of Work: I have used this company since I moved here three years ago. They have done an excellent job of maintaining my old heating/air conditioning system. Recently we agreed that I needed to replace that system. We scheduled the work at a convenient time and they were very reasonable and worked with me on the pricing for this expense. System has been excellent.

Description of Work: They replaced gas pack. As a part of the installation they replaced a lot of ductwork. It took 3-4 guys a full day, 1/2 of it in on-and-off hard rain. I was somewhat surprised they came, given the rain. They cleaned up well. As far as I can tell a month+ after the work everything seems to be working as it should.

Description of Work: Purchase and installed ductless heatpump / mini split. They also found me excellent folks to handle my building and installation needs at a good price. They did an outstanding job.

Description of Work: We had a routine gas furnace maintenance check-up/service. We were very impressed with the quality of service of the tech & time spent, etc. He was very thorough and explained everything and educated us as well! We plan to use them in the future.

Description of Work: I had them out on two occasions, first for an AC tune-up in May, then again in June to replace a failed fan on the condenser unit. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They went out of their way to locate and expedite obtaining hard to find parts.

Description of Work: They serviced my gas furnace after it stopped working. They replaced the pressure switch tubing, cleaned the flame sensor and replaced the thermostat. |Every thing was done well and professionally. I will use them for my heating and cooling need from now on!

Description of Work: My heat pump stopped working and I had no air conditioning. The technician was able to diagnose the problem, however he didn't have the necessary part. He left to get the part, returned promptly and quickly fixed the problem. He then tested all the vents in my condo to make certain they were all functioning properly. He was efficient and polite, even covering his shoes when entering.

Description of Work: Replaced HVAC unit. They were professional, courteous, and accurately filled me in about the work that was going to be done. I'm happy with the work that was completed as they left the system and related duct-work in better shape than they found it as left by the original builder.
