These guys are great. They were on time, got right to the job at hand and didn't slow down until the job was done. They were very courteous and understanding, and very patient with my wife who is Chinese and whose English is limited. If i ever have to move again, I will definitely call Personal Touch movers. They are an A++

This is the second time I have used Glen, Craig & their crew to move our belongings in the past several months. They have done a fantastic job each time. They show up on time, work quickly and take good care of our belongings. They are very reasonably priced as well. I can't say enough nice things about these guys & the fact that each time they have moved us, they have always gone above & beyond what was expected of them to help us out. I would highly recommend them as movers.

First of all, I had called several companies for quotes, and Personal Touch was the only mover who offered to come look at my house and give me an estimate. I can't remember if it was Craig or Glen (I'm bad with names), but he arrived on time for that meeting and gave me a good, fair estimate--meaning he didn't waste my time. Personal Touch Movers showed up promptly on moving day. They were very laid-back but also did very good work. They didn't cut corners, and I felt like my furniture and other belongings were in good hands on the drive from Fletcher to South Asheville. Yeah, so that's probably what most people can write about any moving service. Here's what's crazy: By the time they got to our new house, it was getting ready to pour down rain. On top of that, one of the owner had to go see his child, who was very sick and had been rushed to the hospital. So, instead of four men on the job, there were only three. No problem. They just kept working away, moving furniture, though I'm sure the job was a lot harder for them with one man missing. And then came the torrential rains. Scary torrential rains. Did they take a break to sit out the weather? No. Did they even slow down? No. They just kept working, good-natured as ever. Because they had the proper floor coverings laid down, they didn't even get my floor dirty with their muddy feet. With one missing person and the rain, I know the job took far longer than any of them had anticipated. We were so appreciative that we ended up buying pizza and soft drinks for the crew! (By then, we felt like they were old friends--that's how personable they were.) I wholeheartedly recommended Personal Touch Movers. In fact, I can't recommend them highly enough. Hire this company for your move!

Fabulous!! On time, diligent, kind, reasonable, highly skilled, very careful with belongings. Can't say enough!! They are the best of the best.

These guys are great. You get a price up front so you know exactly how much it will cost. They are professionals and your household items are treated with great care. They actually transported my tempurpedic mattress flat as the manufacturer suggests rather than upright which is the easy way. My upholstered items were either wrapped in pads or shrink wrapped. They arrived on time and kept a steady pace from beginning til end. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Craig & Glenn take pride in their work, and that was obvious from the start. They showed up on time and got straight to work, and stayed busy the whole time. The truck was loaded carefully with attention to detail. They were not just throwing my stuff on the truck like some movers do. Instead, they were very mindful of what should be loaded next so as to ensure everything would have a safe ride. The unload went well also. They were able to get the truck into my difficult driveway no problem. Spiral staircase? No problem- they lifted my couch and most of the boxes over the rail, saving much time and energy. Every effort was made to ensure a smooth move and protect my floors/walls/doorways from dings along the way. The movers are easygoing, polite and personable. They have experience and it shows.
