They were very nice and profressional. Did a great job.

They were awesome. I really liked them. There was one guy who came out to do the job and he took around 2 hours. He was so friendly and explained everything and he did lots of job. It looked beautiful after he left. He was very professional.

It went very well. The technician was well informed and efficient at his job. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the cleaning. He was off on his estimate of drying time. It took about 12 hours total to dry upstairs (we had plug in fans but no ceiling fans so I'm sure that affected it as well). Overall very happy.

It was excellent. They were very flexible. Didn't charge me for cleaning all the different pieces. Sent one technician, the owner. The owner and his wife were very easy to work with and extremely responsible. I have recommended them to others!

Great. Provider arrived on time. He was extremely helpful in moving furniture and even cleaning the throw rugs that were over the carpet. He gave us good advice on whether to steam clean or to dry clean (we chose steam), how long to let the carpets dry before replacing furniture and answered all of our questions. We would definitely use this service again.

The technician came on time, called in advance to let me know he was on his way. Very polite and appropriate. Cleaned the sofa and chair thoroughly, and also a number of throw pillows as well. Worked very neatly and independently. He did a fine job.

It turned out very well! He listened to my concerns and tackled the project with a method that he thought would work well. He was very easy to work with and he talked me through everything in a easy to understand way. When he left, the carpet looked perfect. About two days later, we saw something coming back up in the carpet. We plan to call him back because I'm not sure if it's our floor, the weather, or some other factors causing this.

The experience exceeded my expectations. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and eagerness to do a great job to please me. I will most definitely call him when I need carpets cleaned in the future.

Eddie arrive a little early - introduced himself, gave me an overview and choice of dry cleaning of the carpets or steam cleaning. Went with the steam cleaning since I wanted to sanitize it also. Eddie himself is a fabulous salesman and technician - his personality is great. The first bedroom turned out beautifully - carpet almost glowed it was so clean - is a very vibrant aqua green color. The living room and attached bedroom also came out beautifully. The smell that had been hovering in the house (had been empty and closed up for 2 years) is now GONE! Yay!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!! I will definitely ask you to do the clean up job at our old house once we are moved out. It is a great investment and I know it will be done in a professional manner.
