This was the very best carpet cleaning service ever used. Our carpets were very clean and the minor dog odors completely gone. The offer dry cleaning and wet cleaning and we did both. As a former medical company owner, I'm please to recognize excellence which I find rare these days. G. Joyner

The work was performed exceptionally well! We were asked several times during the cleaning if the work met our satisfaction and offered to come back in a couple of weeks to address some high-stain areas if we were not happy with the initial cleaning. We would highly recommend!

They did pretty good but they didn't get all the stains out. They cleaned the upstairs and I wanted my stairs done but they don't do stairs. So that kind of annoyed me. I wanted someone that is going to clean my stairs. They came on time. Two people came out to do the work and it took a couple of hours. They were punctual. I think they should listen to their customers requests.

Do an excellent job, I just had my rugs cleaned cause I had a new puppy and they look brand new, he gets here on time he does the work beautifully, their very reasonable and he's pleasant to deal with and so is his wife who is in the office I would not recommend them highly enough.

Eddie was on time and did a great job of getting pet urine smell and all types of stains out of the carpets.

It was okay. I've tried different ones through Angie's List. This one wasn't the best. The person was great and they were on time. But as far as the cleaning service itself, I think my carpet actually got cleaner with another provider. One person showed up. Usually two people come when they clean your carpet. Even though they say they don't move furniture, they always do. They're usually good about that. There were no extra charges. I probably won't use them in future because I want a different type of carpet clean. Usually, they offer deodorizing and sometimes free. Maybe that's what the issue was. I have four dogs and so when I do clean my carpets once or twice a year, I really do need to get somebody in here that deodorizes. He didn't offer that. I didn't even notice it until he gave me the brochure that said they do offer it. Most places, they ask me first, upfront. So I think I'm going to go to someone I had before through Angie's List.
