Both Natalie and Eddie were very friendly and professional. Natalie quickly responded to set up my appointment. Eddie arrived on time, talked to me about my options (dry vs. wet cleaning), and their pros and cons. He made recommendations and then quickly and thoroughly carried out the job. The rug and couch look great. I will definitely call Eddie at Dry Master the next time I need my rugs or upholstery cleaned. Thanks for a job well done!

Eddie arrived promptly, proceeded to clean using the dry clean method of carpet cleaning which I had requested by phone. He moved the furniture I requested, removed a spot I pointed out to him, was neat, and professional. Plastic squares were put under furniture to avoid any staining. Eddie was here 2 hours for 2 small bedrooms, 1 master with a wall-in closet. I will use Dry Master again and highly recommend them.

Eddie did a fantastic job. He is so up beat and professional. He answered my questions, worked a deal based on the coupon since I did not have 4 rooms of carpet and was very quick and clean. Natalie told me what would happen and got me set up really quick. The entire experience was great! I highly recommend these guys for the work and great customer service.

The Dry Master serviceman was able to remove stains that had been in carpet for years and were not previously removed by steam cleaning. Very excellent and conscientious service. 100% satisfied!

The technician was great! He came on time and cleaned 3 rooms for me. He was professional friendly and professional. He went the extra mile to make sure the really dirty parts were pre-treated and went over a couple of areas an extra time to be sure the carpets were immaculate when he left!

Natalie was very pleasant and professional when booking Dry Master Carpet Cleaning. We took advantage of the special we found on Angie's List but substituted a 9 x 12 oriental rug. Natalie called to reconfirm appointment and inform us that Eddie was running a bit late from his earlier appointment which was fine with us. We were impressed with Eddie and found him to be very personable and skillful. We showed him the areas that needed treatment beforehand and he explained the process to us. We were surprised that he worked alone but completed the task in a reasonable amount of time. We were delighted with the results even though he wasn't able to comletely remove a very old Coke stain on the oriental rug. Lastly, we appreciated his honesty. We were considering paying an additional fee for our large Karastan carpeted family room. Eddie inspected it and told us it really wasn't necessary.

The man who cleaned my carpets had an amazing personality. They worked with my schedule and were phenomenal. The carpets are clean after I had two dogs for over two years on these carpets. The carpets look brand new. The person did everything with a smile on his face and helped me out.

The owner, Eddie, did an excellent job of cleaning our 10 year old carpets. He was very professional and informative about what needed to be done and he completed the job in a very short time. He took the time to talk with me and my husband and even moved all the furniture that was needed. Eddie, arrived on time, he sat up the hoses (I chose to use the wet cleaning rather then dry). I had a few lamps around and a table that he moved. He turned on overhead fans so the air would circulate. He talked and was friendly. When finished he cleaned up his hose and left everything in perfect order. This is a house we just bought so he was cleaning the carpets in an empty house. He was very agreeable to move anything necessary. I only had a few things in the house so far. I would definitely have him again. The carpets looked new when he finished. I was very pleased.

Outstanding job in every respect. Eddie from Dry Master Carpet Cleaning was on-time, was very professional, friendly and polite. We had ordered the "dry" cleaning system; we talked about it before he started; he was glad to do either the "dry" system or steam cleaning at the agreed upon price; after discussing the job, he suggested we'd get a little better result from the steam cleaning. We were very pleased with the results, and would certainly use this company again.

This provider cleaned 3 large rooms of carpet and a long hallway for the advertised price, which was a great deal. He arrived on the very moment he was due, wasted no time getting started, yet was nice and friendly exchanging pleasant conversation right at first then getting started. He gave us a choice of two kinds of cleaning, dry or steam, and gave his reasons for what he thought would be best for our 32 year old carpet, with pets through the years. I agreed with his reasoning. He got right to work, moved all the smaller items away from walls, cleaned everywhere I asked him to, and was through in an amazing time. 2 and one half hours and he was gone, and my carpet looked wonderful. He was so gracious, required nothing of us, and that was great since I just had shoulder surgery and could do nothing anyway. I am very pleased with this provider and would without hesitation recommend him and his carpet cleaning services. He works alone, which is really surprising, as he got the job done as quickly as if he had his own assistants with him. we just got out of his way and he got on with it. I am very happy with the job, the price was great and I would and will use this provider again in the future and will recommend him, and Angie"s list to all.

Eddie called prior to arrival; was on time; checked the three rooms and offered advice on the best process, when asked. Our office was terrible with coffee stains, track-ins from the outside world and cat mishaps but Eddie made all that disappear. Two of the rooms now look new but they had not been as "abused" as the office. The entire process took about two hours and drying time for a complete dry was about five hours for two rooms and nine for the office, which received more attention. We were so pleased that we requested to have a visit on a yearly basis. Highly recommend.

When his wife called to set up the appointment, she gave us options of day and time. She was pleasant to speak with and very accommodating. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and what our options were. Then he went right to work and did an excellent job. Very pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend this company.
