Description of Work: Installed new Electric HVAC system in my condo. Technicians arrived on time and finished earlier than I expected. They were very professional and personable. When I had a concern with the placement of the outside unit they gladly moved it. I also really enjoyed working with Jeff the owner of Sandpiper. He provided complete explanation with pros and cons to each brand. Helped me to make an informed decision.

Description of Work: Sandpiper has been my AC service contractor the last few years. I have two units in my townhouse on a lake near the ocean. They were contractor grade units and were becoming rusted and leaky. Sandpiper gave me an estimate on replacing the units. They did not try to sell me the most expensive units as the property is not my primary home. However , I chose the top of the line York units. They were great at communicating when they would install and how long it would take. They did a wonderful job! These units are the quietest ever! I can barely hear the outside unit when I'm sitting on my porch. Rocco and his staff are so easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
