Description of Work: Roof Doctors of the Carolina's replaced 2 skylights, an attic vent/fan, and repaired 30 to 40 feet of rotten facia and soffit. I had a very small window of time in which the repairs could be done, and they were more than accommodating, fitting me to their already booked schedule! They were in contact with me several times prior to the date of repairs, and arrived early with several crew members. They completed all work in 1 day, even through on and off rains! They discussed various steps in the projects, then went over the completed work with me. They were very courteous and professional, and I will have them back when the roof needs to be replaced!

Description of Work: We have a large roof house with several dormer type roof ridges. The job entailed complete removal of old shingles and replacement with 30 year asphalt ones. Also, replaced two attic/roof fans and 5 skylights. Added a few more roof vents. The workers were knowledgeable, reliable, fast, personable, and did a good job cleaning up. They stayed with the job every day although they had many rain delays which lengthened the days they worked. The final cost was exactly what the preliminary estimate was. We would highly recommend them again.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate to replace a skylight in my bathroom. James came the very same day. Was very nice and after looking at the skylight from the roof .. gave me an approximate "verbal" estimate of between $400and $500.00. "Definitely not over $500.00. Said he would call me the very next day after checking with his supplier. TWO days later I had to call him ! Peggy .. in the office.. then got in touch with him and called me back to say that she would email the written estimate to me ASAP. She did just that . Was VERY surprised to see a written estimate of $750.00 !!!! These two circumstances... MY having to call them and quoting an amount way above the verbal estimate made me RUN the other way. I consider trust to be important ... this was lost so I went elsewhere. Company left me with the idea that my job was too small for their benefit. Wish they could have been honest at the beginning.

Description of Work: I called Roof Doctor to come look at the roof on a home we were selling at the time. I called that morning and they had a man there to look at the job and provide an estimate that very afternoon. The estimate for shingle replacement on the rear of the house, PLUS to replace the "boot" around the vent pipe on the roof, came to $250....and he said it may be a little more once he starts replacing shingles. He said he could do it that day, being our house was ready to go into closing, but had to finish another job first....I agreed. He returned later that day, did ALL of the repairs, then said he would have the office bill us. They did......for one hundred dollars LESS than the estimate!!!! Surprise of all surprises!!!!!!! We paid the bill of $150 and the work was done to our satisfaction....both in quality, time, and price. You can bet they'll be the first on our list to call should we need repairs again in the future!

Description of Work: Replaced the entire roof in a professional and timely manner. Used quality materials. The owner acted like he really appreciated your business. He said if there are any problems, call him and he will make it right. I will use his company again for all of my roofing issues.
