If you are in need of a Doctor you have come to the right place. We where out of town and a tree which was over a hundred feet tall fell on our house. I called the roof doctor and Jay had a crew out there the same day to remove the tree and tarp the roof. His quick action saved us from further damage as another storm came in the next day. Jay's crew at roof doctor repaired all the damage and installed a brand new roof. At a reasonable price I might add. Thank You Roof

Excellent. We had a roof leak as a result of Tropical Storm Hermine. We called in the midst of the rain at 12:30 on a Friday. "Billy" arrived at 11:30 am the next day, even though they don't typically work on Saturday. He fixed the leak at a reasonable price and did an inspection of the rest of our roof with recommendations on how to extend the life of our roof. We are very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. We also note that the office staff was very quick to respond to our voicemails and kept us informed as to the status of their arrival. Overall, an unusual and welcome experience compared to other contractors. Would definitely recommend.

It went very well. James explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. He didn't try to oversell me on what needed to be done. The work was performed flawlessly and on time. James kept in contact with me from the original call to the delivery of the invoice when the job was complete. It was a small job for them but they treated it with the same level importance as a much bigger job. I appreciate that.

The Roof Doctor of the Carolina's is a superb company! Due to heavy winds/rain, a large piece of existing aluminum ridge vent had come loose. It was constantly making noise since it was banging against the roof. Although the company was closed on Saturday when I left a message, someone called me early on Monday morning. Sam came to inspect the roof that day and provided me with two solutions. I could have someone nail down and seal the existing bent ridge vent portion, or someone could replace the entire ridge vent. Sam explained that he had noticed rusty nails holding the existing vent. He said a repair of that bent portion could last, but it was possible something similar might happen again to that area of the roof or someplace else. I chose to have the entire roof ridge vent replaced. It was a few hundred dollars more, but it gave me peace of mind to know that all of the vents were more secure. Sam did not pressure me in any way to have the entire vent replaced. Because I had seen a weather forecast that suggested possible rain at the end of the week, I asked Sam if it was possible to have the repair performed as soon as possible so that water would not leak into my home. Sam did some checking and, fortunately, JR and Wayne were able to install the new ridge vent two days later. JR and Wayne were incredible. Temperatures were in the 90s and they worked non-stop for three hours on my hot roof! All of the folks at The Roof Doctor of the Carolina's are wonderful and their workmanship is great too.

I called the (843)251-2775 number and spoke with Johnnie Frazier, he said he could be out later that day. He came and fixed the missing shingles that same day. Very friendly and professional, I would not hesitate to call him again.

It was the cheapest and best I can find.

Excellent people and they do really good work. They come when they say they are going to come. They are very thorough and their price is reasonable and they are very easy to work with. We had a leak and we had already several people trying to find it and fix it and spent lots and lots of money trying to get it repaired and find the problem, but it took them one visit to figure out where the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it and they fixed it. I thought they were reasonable. You might call them and it might be a day or two before you hear from them again because they are so busy.

Jay returned all inquiries promptly, he confirmed the scheduled work date, arrived on time on the work date and provided a crew that did an awesome job in one day. He even ensured he addressed my husband and I correctly as we have two different last names...... :-)

They were great, they came out right away, and they took care of it. They fixed it, there are no more leaks, and they were in and out early. I would recommend them, although I haven't used them for a large job, but they came out when I called, and they came out when they said they would. I am very pleased. Their price was fair.

James responded quickly, assessed the problem and gave an estimate for repair. He was very professional and gave us complete details of the work to be performed. His crew arrived on schedule and did the repair in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this him to everyone.

excellent and it still is leak proof

As stated above, my experience was way above my expectations. James advised that since the ceiling in our master bedroom, where the leak occurred, was white, that a solution of 1/3 bleach to 2/3 water in a spray bottle would remove the stain without having to repaint the ceiling. Although I had to do it twice, it worked perfectly and there is absolutely no trace of any stain. My wife was ecstatic.

No work done, I will need to find a new contractor.

Before we got the work done, we looked at a few roofs that they had done nearby. We were satisfied with what we saw and decided to get the roof done with them. They were very professional and the work was done well. When they completed the work they cleaned all of the debris from the yard. They finished the job on time, even though they had run into a few problems. They also did not charge us over what their quoted price was although they ran into those problems. There were not any problems and I was very satisfied overall with the work.

Mr. LaBar was congenial, professional and interested in addressing all our anxieties. He explained how our leak, and others like it, could develop after saturating rains. He asked many questions, about the age of our roof, any previous problems, and explained many factors which could combine to produce our leak. He described the interaction between the shingles, the roofing nails, and the wood through which the nails were driven. He quickly repaired the leak situation, and assured us that that particular leak was not going to happen again. When we described the downpour cascading over our gutters in several places, during the storms, he addressed that immediately. Mr. LaBar went up onto the roof and removed a blockage in one of our downspouts. He quickly removed collections of debris which were preventing the functioning of the gutters and downspouts. If we ever need ANY type of assistance or repair for our roof, we will want to see this same young man at our door (and on our roof!).

The provider was professional and efficient. He immediately located the problem and began the work to fix the problem. He was prompt in his response to our call for assistance. All work was completed in an outstanding manner. The repair person offered helpful suggestions as to other pending issues that we should watch for.

brecinridge Dr, Everything was performed without a problem. The serviceman was polite, professional, and so easy to work with....despite the fact that he was hot, and tired. It was the end of his day and about 97 degrees!

Really good communication the work was done in one day. I live in Tallahassee Fl. and the repair was in Little River SC. They replaced the roof and set me pictures. Great job for folks I never met! The original quote was $3200.00 and they let me use the coupon. When the work was done they ended up replacing some extra wood and ended up charging me the original estimate. I think they were really reasonable and honest. I would use them again.
