"Contractor did not honor warranty and was negligent in installation. Still under investigation by the NC State Licensing Board for Contractors (as of 7-5-18). Phone records, emails, Facebook records (posts, reviews, messaging) show attempts to contact months before before warranty expired on 10-26-17 (date system became operational). Have been without a fully functioning system since 5-29-18 -- the system failed only 18 months after install! Such arrogance!"
