Done a great job and on time for the appointment

Lance Professional Services did a great job. They first had to find the tank -- its location was not obvious or marked on the ground, and the location indicated by the installation diagram was not even close. They inserted a floating transmitter into the drain and followed it to find the location. The pumping went smoothly after that. The three gentlemen that came were professional and courteous, and patiently answered the many questions of this curious (and septic-ignorant) homeowner. The price was fair, and for this service, a good deal. Definitely will use them for the next pumping.

Outstanding service. Tank had not been pumped out in over 15 years. Three-person team performed septic tank pumping/cleaning in less than two hours. The group has excellent/high quality equipment to perform this work. Their septic tank truck is actually very impressive. How many similar companies can claim that? The team communicates effectively throughout the process. An A+ rating is deserved because they cleaned up everything (yard, patio, driveway) when leaving. Hire again? For sure....but hope we don't need to!
