I compared their price to another leading window maker and they were willing to sell me the same windows for nearly $2,000 LESS!

From the first call to S&S Siding, they where nohing but helpful. Told them the problem and by the end of the day it was fixed. The guys came to my hous around 6:00pm after a long day fo them and still had a smile on their faces.

Sales lady came out a little late for our appointment but no more than 30 minutes and she called to let me know she was running late. This was our third quote for the job and I was extremely happy to hear the price but was a little concerned that the quality of work would be sacrificed. Her son is the window installer and he showed up at the scheduled time. He's not as personable as she is but I guess that's to be expected in their respective lines of work. After completion of the job (half day), I was pleased to find the quality of work was excellent. Payment was not made until work was completed and inspected. All others wanted half money up front and the other half when they showed up for the job. S&S told me up front that they would not be paid until I was satisfied with the job. Not many companies out there anymore that will stand behind their work like this one does.
Description of Work: S&S replaced 11 windows on our house. Price was well below Window World and Haley Hahn. I got their name from my parents who had them do siding, windows, and a deck. Parents gave them a great reference so I felt comfortable using them.

Description of Work: I called in for a quote for siding on my home. The sales rep was about 30 minutes late but called earlier to see if it was OK to come later. I agreed that it was OK. I was shown the product and given a quote on the spot. She was very sensitive to my desires in the project and addressed my concerns fully. I have seen their work and that is why I called them. I sold siding for Sears for 8 years so I know the products and installation well. The home in my neighborhood was done professionally and with a good product. The reason I have not hired them is that I am waiting to see what the economy has in store in the next few months. They were not my lowest quote but I would feel very comfortable with S&S Siding doing the job.

We install Alcoa Lake Forrest siding on the members home in 2001. At the time it was the most expensive siding on the market with a life time warranty for fading and cracking. We install twelve Simonton windows and one bow window. One window did have a leak and we went back and fixed the window. The Member complained about some trash on the second floor deck in the back. The workers forgot to go back and clean it up but did clean it the next day. All of the products install on the Members home has life time warrantys and if he has a problem he needs to contact the complany. It only took S & S Siding five days to replace all of our windows and the siding. They only took a lunch break. Otherwise they worked non-stop. We have had so many compliments on how it looks.
