Description of Work: Installed 11 helical piers to support the foundation. Very professional. The crew was friendly and went out of their way to keep me informed. They kept to their schedule, cleaned up at the end of each day and when finished checked to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Installed 8 Helix piers around garage and back of the house. Every aspect of the job was done very professionally. I initially met with Mr. McLamb who explained the whole process and answered all my questions and concerns. I did not feel pressured in any way. The job was done in a single day and the area was left in good condition. There were a lot of small concrete pieces mixed in with the soil they replaced, but I don't see how that could have been avoided. The price was a bit high, but worth it to save my house.

Description of Work: I thought I may have foundation issues with my house, so I called Carolina Foundations to get an estimate. They were very professional and fast to respond. The good news was I didn't have a foundation problem. They did recommend I get one driveway pad re-poured (it has a bad crack) to avoid water seepage under my house. Great folks!
