Description of Work: Got home from work & the house was warm. I called the next day & they were able to send someone out that day. They even called about 30 minutes before they showed up. I will call them again when my ac/ heater breaks down.

Description of Work: We were in the market for a new heating and air unit. Alford came out and gave us an estimate. They were very thorough, answered all our questions, provided us with a detailed quote, and gave us all the information we needed to make an educated, wise decision. They were not pushy at all; nothing but helpful and we appreciated that a lot!

Description of Work: Technician was punctual and courteous. Did a fall check-up on my heating unit. No hidden costs and did not have to purchase any extras. He installed a new thermostat at my request. Will definitely call them again when needed.
