Daniel was punctual, professional and did a great job. I've already referred them to one of my neighbors who is having problems with their AC unit.

The repair man was very nice and easy to work with.

They showed up on time, they did the work in the time predicted (in June - having the AC out was a big deal) left virtually no mess for us to clean up, no damage to site (access to pad where compressor is located is not easy and path is through a number of plantings) or interior walls moving some very large equipment. They also put up with assistance from very helpful black lab.

I purchased the Big Deal for an inspection because my relatively new AC unit was not getting cold. I called to get a technician out before July 4, but was told I had to pay extra. The person came, claimed to do an inspection, told me I only needed a little fluid to get it cold. It never got cold. I called back 2 days later and the tech came in and used his hand, not a thermometer, to check the temperature. He claimed that I needed to replace the wall thermometer because mine was cheap and was not working properly. He solved this problem by switching the one on the first floor with one on the second floor, leaving the one on the second floor inoperable. The unit still did not get cold. I had to call another professional company and the tech informed me that I had a leak, which was obvious at that point. He showed me the leak, which we could hear from the hissing noise. This was less than a week later. By that time the unit had frozen and needed to be thawed before additional work could be done. Luckily this new company got my house cool before out-of-town guests arrived. I eventually had to get major repairs done on the unit. After complaining, the owner gave me a refund.

Custom Air is a very good company. The tech Daniel was on time and very polite and professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done to repair system. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a good HVAC company.

He said everything looked in good working order. He did say our gas valve was turned up too high and adjusted it. He said we should notice a difference in a good way on our gas bills. Yippee!

From a sales perspective, I thought that they did a perfectly fine job this time!

Custom Air Inc is good. They showed up on time, he's in and out. He checked the air-conditioner and he seemed to do a really good job. I would recommend them. I've been dealing with them for 4 or 5 years now and all my dealings with them have been very good.

I purchased a complete heating/cooling system from Custom Air in late 2009. I have had a myriad of problems scheduling routine seasonal tuneups ever since. Not having heard from them about scheduling a spring service visit, I called today to schedule one and was told I would have to wait until July unless I wanted to be put on a waiting list. I have discussed the problems I've had with the company's owner (Randy) and received assurances that things would improve but they haven't. I've put up with Custom Air's poor service for probably longer than I should and am now done with them. I would advise anyone considering doing business with them to find someone else.

They arrived at their appointment time and did the work they were hired to do. I would get them again.

Purchased a HVAC service to tune up our system and perform preventive maintenance. About a week later we received a phone call from the provider and provided an address. They then informed me that I was too far away and they would not honor the coupon! About 2 weeks later, I observed a Custom Air truck in our neighborhood! Wow!

.They did what we had paid for. They were very proficient and professional and they did what we asked. They come out and inspect what is wrong with the air conditioner.

Arrived on time and completed service as anticipated.

I got groupon deal to inspect my furnace and air vents. They inspected the furnace using a flashlight and said that there is a crack in the heat exchanger and that we are in grave danger of dying in our beds while asleep. He said we should replace the furnace and gave me an estimate of $3250. Then he replaced the air filter for one vent and said he didnt have the size for the other vents. I called another company for second opinion and they said that the furnace was 'rock solid'. I purchased a digital CO monitor and it read '0'. So basically the tech who showed up was trying to scare us to get business. Very sad that business is being conducted this way.

Groupon coupon for a furnace checkup. Showed up on time, was finished in 35 minutes. Only disappointment is that he did not change the filters-said they still had a month or so left.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are extremely professional. Once you get over the fact of having to pay so much for an entire new system (which is the reality of the situation), the process was so smooth. They followed up every 90 days after replacement throughout the peak season (blazing temperatures in the attic). When you spend that kind of money on a system it was really nice to have them reach out and be proactive in their service. I would highly recommend them.

The company was quick to get to me and accomodating with regards to the time and day of the appointment. The service person did not go over anything he did or let me know if he saw any problems with the A/C. I do not know if they put freon in or not. He was at my house for only a few minutes.

They did a good job. He had the parts on the truck so he was able to do the job in one trip.

He came in, introduced himself and set about doing his job with the AC/heating unit. When he was done, he took the filter outside where he cleaned it. After he checked the outside unit, he brought the filter back in and placed it back in the unit. Then he asked if I had any concerns or questions.

The service was fine. I asked the young man several questions which he answered. I followed him and watched everything he did. He gave me information about my ducting I had not been given by a previous service.

It was done quickly no more than 20 mins start to finish.
