Description of Work: They did a yearly air conditioning service on my system which was performing fine. Chris was the employee who provided the inspection. He was thorough and answered my questions. Chris came out after my previous scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled. I appreciated his promptness.

Description of Work: Excellent work at a very reasonable price for a new AC/Heat Pump installation. We highly recommend Custom Air!

Description of Work: I heard an infomercomercial on the radio touting a complete HVAC tune up for $39.95 for a single zone. I called, and a 2-zone tune up would be $29.95 per zone. I made an appointment; they promised to call 1/2 hour prior to arrival. In a nutshell: No Show. I called the Greensboro and Raleigh phone numbers; the auto attendant promised a call back; no call back was made. I called the number from the infomercial and let them know I would not be doing business with the company.

Description of Work: I called this company after hearing their radio ad for furnace cleaning. |They claimed ethical workmanship. Repairman didn't show up for first appointment at all. No messages, not even a call. I called company, spoke with owner and rescheduled a second appointment. Repairman was in attic maybe 10 minutes, not enough time to thoroughly evaluate furnace or test anything. Came down, said I needed a new furnace, sent a quote via email within 15 minutes. Again, no evaluation, just a hard quote without explanation of equipment proposed or service provided. Repairman did not charge for service call or to look at furnace. BTW, my furnace is still working.

Description of Work: They thoroughly inspected the system. Everything was handled very well and professionally!

Description of Work: They have done yearly spring and fall checks for me. I have had them come out twice on problems I’ve had. Both times were more educational on their part then a need for repair.

Description of Work: We were told by another company we would have to replace our AC unit ($3000). Got a second opinion from Custom Air and all they needed to do was replace a $180 part. Appreciated their work!

Description of Work: Came to service AC but did not. Said immediately it needed to be replaced and gave me a quote. I got another opinion from another company who said it was serviceable but would need to be replaced in a couple of years. I chose to replace AC due to the high energy bills it was causing. The second company, Earnharts heating and cooling gave me a much better quote for a better and more efficient unit. I got Earnharts reference from Angies list too. Send me a survey for them and I will send it on too. Earnharts was an A.
