Description of Work: Cleaned air condenser and added 2 cans of refrigerant. I had to have the same service repeated by Ridge Mechanics 5 weeks later. Ridge Mechanics was prompt, meticulous and very reasonable. I would recommend Ridge Mechanics for any heating and air problems.

Description of Work: Air Conditioning service. Went very well. Very knowledgeable & informative. I will use them in the future. There was a minor miscommunication issue regarding the initial appointment and I opted to reschedule to avoid them making a second trip the same day although they graciously offered to do so. Bad experiences have made me very very cautious, but this company is proving there are providers out there with integrity.

Description of Work: came promptly when heating went out at a family members house at the end of one week. were prepared to install new heat/air handler the first of the next week. however, the installation required several followup visits beyond what was anticipated to get the system corrected and prepared to pass the required inspection. CA was willing to work with us on an agreeable payment arrangement.

Description of Work: Serviced my HVAC unit within a few days of my call. Service person called before arriving to update me on his arrival, and was 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time. Also gave me an estimate on future replacement unit per my request since my unit is old without any pressure to purchase. Service person answered all of my questions, provided great information, and even spent a few minutes playing with my dog. Have already recommended this business to others and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Company found our a/c was low on freon and added freon @ approx. $75 per pound. Never provided a full 34-point inspection. Suggested that we needed a new a/c (we have a Carrier 4.5 ton @ 15 yrs old) because of "pin" leeks in the coil. Outlined the replacement unit that they could provide @ approx $8k. Checking on internet we found that the unit they suggested is one of the lowest-rated units on the market.

Description of Work: Company cancelled one appointment and didn't show up for re-scheduled appointment despite the fact that I confirmed it with them the same day. Not answering phones now and no voice mail available. I don't believe they have any intention of honoring this deal.

Description of Work: Arrived on time 8-10 frame, Lawrence was a very knowledgeable tech. Lawrence had been doing HVAC for 30+ years and you could tell. Dealing with other HVAC companies wasnt as pleasant on the wallet or in person. Keep it up Custom Air........ #1 on my Angie list

Description of Work: Installed an air duct return in our basement. Did a great job and left the area cleaned up after the work was done. Very pleasant and professional. The system is working well- no problems. They also came out a few days later to evaluate some other problems we are having. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. Will definitely utilize this company for any future problems I may have.
