At any time if additional people are hired an outside agency conducts full background checks will be completed before work begins and only after notifying the customer in advance. One-time, monthly, weekly, and gift certificates are available. After each visit to a residence an email or letter will be sent with what was completed at the visit as well as a comment section. Businesses will actually be provided a communication notebook that notes can be left for OLT Staff to address at each visit. Communication and trust are paramount and we treat every home as our own with the utmost pride, respect, and attention to detail. Five percent of every job will be donated to the Autism Society of NC to assist with people with disabilities. You will receive reminder text, email, or phone calls to remember the next visit as well! Monthly billing is available (ask for details), if using PayPal payment must be confirmed.
