About us

Family owned business for over ten years, properly insured, with references available. At any time if additional people are hired an outside agency conducts full background checks will be completed before work begins and only after notifying the customer in advance. One-time, monthly, weekly, and gift certificates are available. After each visit to a residence an email or letter will be sent with what was completed at the visit as well as a comment section. Businesses will actually be provided a communication notebook that notes can be left for OLT Staff to address at each visit. Communication and trust are paramount and we treat every home as our own with the utmost pride, respect, and attention to detail. Five percent of every job will be donated to the Autism Society of NC to assist with people with disabilities. You will receive reminder text, email, or phone calls to remember the next visit as well! Monthly billing is available (ask for details), if using PayPal payment must be confirmed.

A free consultation is offered to discuss what is to be provided, amount of time, scheduling, after each visit a report card will be emailed with what was completed and a feedback portion. We specialize in rental properties, Open Houses, new construction, remodeling clean up, residences, businesses , vacation homes, campers & RV's, allergy reduction cleaning, sensory issues, green cleaning agents if preferred, college dorms or houses, wedding, party clean ups.

Services we don't offer

Outside maintenance and child care are not provided. All cleaning is done by appointments, however at times we do have cancellations and may be able to accommodate same day needs that may arise. Evening appointments are primarily reserved for businesses and special events.
