Description of Work: Basically I called on 7/12 and left a message, although their voicemail did state it could take up to 4 days for a return call, it is now the 18th and I have not recieved a call back. I want to know if they service my area and if they can do the work I need done. My telephone is working, so is my voicemail.

Description of Work: after the free estimate,and ordering the windows,Cris called me for a date to put them in and turned up on time, worked all day did not take a lunch break, just ate his sandwich while he did the job,so he could finish it on time.But he was beaten by time,so he came back the next day and worked till he finished and got the money he had estimated. very professional

Description of Work: Chris has worked for me on several jobs around my home. He has remodeled my kitchen, moved a door, and put up a wooden privacy fence around my pool area.

Description of Work: Nemec built a 1000 square foot addition/reworked roof line. There is a new roof, new siding, new flooring, added bath, new doors, built a large deck, painted inside of the house, built microwave cubby in kitchen, moved some kitchen cabinets for us, new wiring in washroom, made house/deck handicap accessible.

Description of Work: My husband and I bought an older home that was built from concrete block and very ugly on the outside. Chris applied insulation board and tyvec then framed out the house with 2x4s insulating in between. Our house is now insulated to R21. He then covered the house with hardy board siding in a board and batten pattern which was perfect for the style of our house. Chris installed new insulated low E windows through out which because of the thickness of our conrete walls required him building deep casings for all of them, which are beautiful. He is a master carpenter.He built and installed a gorgeous maple mantel and replaced our two exterior doors with new perfectly stained ones. He installed a roof vent and replaced the insulation in our attic and installed a soffat vent for the dryer. He installed a overflow pan and overflow tubing to the outside for our water heater which is in the attic. Chris developed a beautiful horizontal design for the railings on our front porch that again really enhanced the bungalow style of our house. He built out the existing porch posts to make them more aesthetically pleasing before installing the railing. He covering my front porch floor with large ceramic tile. Chris closed in a 12x12 section of our huge front porch and built a walk in closet off our bedroom. This also involved sawing out the doorway from an exisitng window in the concrete block and there was NO mess at all. Chris repainted my kitchen and also removed an old wall heater. He matched the new plaster perfectly to the rest of the walls and you can't even tell it was ever there. He contracted the installation of a new heating and air conditioning unit and gutters. Chris extended our outside privacy fence and painted the fence, my storage building and the entire exterior of the house. He installed new light fixtures around the outside of the house. He developed a beautiful custom design in the gables of the house which further enhanced the style of the house. Chris totally graded our driveway and parking area and added drains to prevent water issues. He installed gravel to the entirety. Chris developed a beautiful landscaping plan for my front yard. He built and installed a lovely asian arbor and flagstone bench (which he made) as well as a stone walkway in the landscaping. He landscaped my entire front yard with many native plants as well as others. It is perfect! He found a huge rock while doing the grading for the driveway and placed it upright at the edge and installed house numbers with a solar light. The rock looks like it'a always been there. He also used existing rocks to build up the curve on the other side of the driveway which ia beautiful, it all looks like it was meant to be that way. He contracted tree trimmers to cut down and trim trees too close to the house. Chris turned my "bomb shelter" of a concrete house into a lovely bungalow oasis in the woods.
