Excellent.

On the hottest day of the year (so far), my A/C went out. After reviewing several service providers on Angie's List, I decided to give Danny Tarlton of Tarlton Heating & Air a call. I'm very glad I did. Danny arrived within an hour of the call, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it within 15 minutes of arrival. Excellent service, fairly priced and honest! I will use him again and highly recommend him to others.

I highly recommend this company. He was efficient, no-nonsense yet highly personable. He answered all my questions. I ask lots of questions and I'm sure he has had his fill of stupid questions from the public yet he was always patient and polite. He was very quick and the job was finished in less than an hour though the temperatures in the attic that day were well over 100 degrees F. He also did a "health check" heating unit in general. I asked for suggestions about installing an attic exhaust fan and he pointed out important issues I should take into consideration.

Air Conditioner wasn't cooling. I called Daniel Tarlton and he came the same day. My A/C coil had a leak. He repaired the leak, Cleaned and check the rest of the system. I was surprised by the afford-ability and quality of his service. My Air works Great now! I would recommend Tarlton Heating And Air to anyone

In the past I've had other do maintenance but this is the first time I can say my outside units are so clean I could eat off them. He scooped all sorts of dirt and old leaves out and cleaned up around the units and even took off his shoes prior to going inside the house. We had originally scheduled this for a weekday but then it started to rain so he came back on Saturday. My neighbors asked him to stop by and now he's doing duct work on their house. Nicest of people, prompt, friendly, reliable.... top billing in my book

From start to finish, Danny did a great job. When the gas line needed to be relocated, he was there ahead of Piedmont Natural Gas to make sure that everything was ready and stayed until the gas company was completely finished so that our systems were back and running efficiently before he left our home. He had to come back several times as the construction progressed to make minor adjustments, but was efficient and coordinated with our builder to be sure that he was there when needed. We have tried many different heating/AC companies before, but we will never use anyone but Tarlton Heating and Air from this point on. We have called Danny recently to come to our business when our system was not cooling properly, he was prompt to arrive and quick to do the repairs and get our system cooling again. Overall one of the best companies we have ever worked with.

some sort of valve that controls freon in our heat pump failed. this was discovered by a company performing routine maintenance. that company is rated straight-A here on angieslist but I decided to get a second opinion because that's what one should do. Tarlton came out the next-day at exactly the time they said they would and did the job for HALF of what the other folks estimated.
