They worked on the job as if it was there own home. I had them stay another half hour to complete and had them return to do more work for me. Great work ethic. I would definitely have them return again.

In his most recent visit, Tim and his apprentice cleaned out our entire 350 sqft utility room. I had errands I needed to run and he was able to finish it with hardly any direction from me. I have been dumping and piling things up in that room for about 5 years. Tools, toys, cleaning supplies, party supplies, safety equipment, mechanical parts, holiday decorations, lawn and garden supplies, and many other odds and ends... just about anything you could imagine. He did an incredible job re-organizing the entire room --- he was very diligent and methodical about it. One of the things I like most about Tim, is that he provides detailed invoices and before and after pictures when you are not available to see his work. He's very professional and arrives with a huge trailer that has every tool he could possibly need to get any job done. Next week he is going to build some custom strorage racks for our canoe and Paddle board.

They were early and did not take a break during the three hours we were contracted for. They got everything completed, which was remarkable, and cleaned up beautifully. I really felt I got great value for my money.

Tim is a professional. Skilled on the saw and he knows what he's doing. These guys were punctual and professional, would use again. Fair all around.

Got quite a bit done in one day, did a nice job going through the items on our list, getting a lot of them done, and making recommendations to help accomplish what we wanted.

Awesome. They showed up just before the appointed time, and got right to work. I bought a wooden storm door with glass insets, which had to be cut down some to fit the door frame. Tim was very meticulous with the cuts, as well as with the work needed on the door frame to ensure a snug and level fit. I was very pleased with the work.

They were exactly on time, pleasant and professional, and worked very hard to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Anything that was questionable they checked with me (where to hand a painting, how much space between shelves). Our dog liked them and he is a great judge of character... ;-)

I purchased 6 hours of handywork for $149. Mr Rowland contacted me with a date and time of arrival. They arrived on time and got straight to work. The pet door was installed perfectly and the work on my window was done well. Once the pet door was finished, they inquired what other work I had for them. I mentioned I needed my window shutters painted, which they agreed to do. I had all of the supplies on hand and Mr. Rowland's employee began the paint job. Mr. Rowland continued to work on mudding the window. At the end of their purchased time, they headed out for their next job. After they departed, I went outside to check the paint job and was shocked to see that only half of the shutters had been painted. A few minutes later, they returned as they had forgotten to collect money for some supplies that they had to purchase for the window. I then discussed with Mr. Rowland the unacceptable state they left my house in, and his response was that they had another job they had to get to and maybe they could come back in a few weeks. I told him that I never would have given them that job to do if they weren't able to finish it. This is after all, his profession and he should be able to estimate the length of time a job would take to complete. He offered no solution to the problem and I was left with the front of my house with 3 rust colored shutters and 3 black ones. So, word to the wise, if you purchase handyman time from anyone, make sure the workers have enough time to finish whatever job they start.

This was my first experience with Rowland's Maintenance Repair Overhaul LLC. I took advantage of an Angie?s List special offer. Tim Rowland and his associate arrived a few minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. A prompt arrival and work start time was a big plus. They quickly addressed my interior project (repairing collapsed/sagging kitchen cabinets). I was impressed with their teamwork, thoughtful evaluation of the problem, quick repair work and quality of the repair. They also went in the crawl space under the house to check for any sagging of the kitchen floor that might have contributed to the cabinet problem. They then tackled my next project, the repair of a three-tier water fountain. They quickly found the problem (a leaky pipe connection) and made the repair. Good teamwork and quality work was evident once again. I was very pleased with Tim Rowland. He communicated well and was courteous throughout the experience. I recommended Rowland's Maintenance Repair Overhaul LLC to my sister. She joined Angie?s List and has an appointment scheduled with Tim Rowland.

I felt like Tim was very responsive and did quality work. There were a few details missing towards the end that when were brought to his attention that he dealt with in a rather un-professional manner. I was out of state at the time of repairs and I understand his concern with payment but a job isn't typically paid until completed in full. If those terms aren't suitable, then I highly recommend that he change the way he invoices or receives payments. Also, when dealing with conflicts or voicing grievances he does this during business hours and with a cool temperature.

Tim is a GREAT guy. Very professional and very responsive when we emailed. They showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, and really understood what my needs were. This is a great small business and I will use them again and again!

I had nasty gray carpeted stairs, that I wanted replaced with hardwood. The quality of the work is excellent and the best part was that there was no mess left behind. Some of the work was quite difficult in my opinion and the quality of the work still stands out.

Tim is excellent! He is just the man you need on speed dial. The deal was for 6 hours of handyman service but he and his partner were able to do the job well under that time. Be prepared to have a number of jobs ready for them because they are efficient. They come prepared for any job and from what I can tell, can do really anything. I was extremely happy with their services.

These gentlemen were so professional. They were quick, punctual, funny and cleaned up after themselves. It also appeared that there is NOTHING that they cannot do..class act... I highly recommend Rowland's.

These fellows were good all around. They were prompt (actually a bit early), gracious, informative, resourceful, and effective. For example, I had bought a new bathroom exhaust fan for one that had quit performing, but Mr. Rowland did a thorough job of restoring the existing one to full functionality, saving me $100+. They offered good ideas and solutions and generally have made me feel more secure, knowing that I have a dependable company to turn to for those things I cannot accomplish on my own. The range of things they know how to do -- and their honesty about what they can and cannot do well -- has made them the first number I will call for future projects.

I purchased an Angies List Big Deal for a few hours of general handyman service to address an ever growing "Honey-Do" list. Mr. Rowland contacted me within 24 hours of purchase and was very professional. We discussed the list of repairs that I had sent him and he was able to assist me with them all (from some minor siding repair to hedge trimming and branch removal). He and his son showed up right on time as expected and after a short discussion they set right to work on my list. Three hours later and my list was completed. Everything looked great, they cleaned up nicely and stacked the branches for the city to pick up for me. I was really impressed with their service and professionalism. They are coming back in a few weeks to do a more extensive repair on my front porch. I hope that I've, finally, found a dependable and affordable handyman!
